• Intervention (A&E, 9pm):  “A woman battles an eating disorder that is combined with a drinking problem.” Those diet shakes can be hard to digest.
• Rizzoli & Isles (TNT, 10pm):  “Jane’s mother (Lorraine Bracco) plays Cupid and arranges a surprise date for her daughter.” She insisted the guy was a good fella.
• James May’s Toy Stories (BBC, 10pm):  “The host tries to build a record-breaking model-train track that’s 10 miles long and links two towns.” It’s a train even Ricky Stratton and his father would be envious of.
