Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno-Ladies -- get ready for some green chest action on ABC. The network is teaming up with Marvel to bring back a new version of The Incredible Hulk. (Mark Ruffalo is scheduled to play the character on the big screen in The Avengers.)

-Prepare for more television coverage of miners. Spike TV has been developing Coal -- a show about miners in West Virginia -- for over a year now. The program from the Deadliest Catch producers will debut in April.

-Barbara Walters has reportedly named the cast of Jersey Shore one of the most fascinating subjects of 2010. Barbara's annual special will air on December 9. Season 3 of Jersey Shore will then premiere on January 6.

-Speaking of Baba Wawa, the ABC personality has nabbed journalism's most coveted interview: the one with Oprah Winfrey. That discussion about Oprah's final season  will air just before Barbara's Most Fascinating special.

Remember that annoying MTV show where Ashton Kutcher pulled pranks on unsuspecting celebrities and the odd average person?

Rumor has it the cable network is planning to bring Punk’d back—this time, with teen sensation as host. Sources say that MTV has already approached the 16-year-old singer about relaunching the show that originally debuted on MTV in 2003.

will remain in the Punk’d family, this time serving as executive producer. Kutcher stopped hosting the series in 2007.

  • How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8 p.m.):  “When Ted turns down Barney’s offer for a building-design job, Barney tries to woo him with all of the seduction methods he uses on women.” This episode will launch the next chapter of the series: “How I Met Your Other Dad.”
  • Gossip Girl (CW, 8 p.m.):  “Dan is once again conflicted about his feelings for both Serena and Vanessa.” And once again, I’m conflicted as to why I’m still recording this show.
  • House (FOX, 8 p.m.):  “House and Cuddy go on a double date with Wilson and his girlfriend, Sam ().” House figured a night out on him could finally settle the whole “Your Girlfriend Was on the Bus Because of Me” awkwardness.

Judging from the unkind comments in his blog, with Chelsea Handler as the VMA host…but the ratings tell a different tale. Sunday’s broadcast was the highest-rated VMA for MTV since 2002, a fact Handler herself pointed out to Perez on Twitter.

If you kept your channel tuned to after the VMAs (which ran long, big shocker), you saw the premiere of the sneak peek of World of Jenks, which celebrates its official premiere on Monday night. Andrew Jenks is a buzzworthy young filmmaker who is best-known for his Room 335 project, in which he moved into an assisted living facility.

The premise behind World of Jenks is simple: the filmmaker will move in with interesting individuals for one week and learn about their lives. He is no mere fly on the wall, however. Jenks asks questions, gets answers and explores each person’s background.

In the sneak peek episode, Jenks moved in with rapper Maino, who did hard time for kidnapping. Maino had only two conditions for the filmmaker: “No cryin’, no bitchin’.” Maino meant what he said. He is a hard-core partier. As he explained to Jenks, “I want to wake up almost dead.” And that takes a lot of partying.

For the first time in over 15 years, a female will get the chance to host the MTV Video Music Awards. In 1994, Roseanne Barr from the VMAs from Radio City Music Hall. In 2010, it’ll be Chelsea Handler’s turn.

“Everyone knows that when you think of rap music and hip-hop, you think of Chelsea Lately. And that’s why I will be hosting [the show],” Handler explained tonight about her selection.

Performers joining Chelsea for this year’s event include Justin Bieber, , B.o.B, Florence + the Machine. The ceremony will air live September 12 from Los Angeles.
