• A new NCIS (13.9 million, 2.9/8) was up 3.7 million from last week.
• The Biggest Loser (3.7/9) weighed in at 9.1 million.
• Just for Laughs (5.5 million, 1.4/4) did the same as before.
• Beauty and the Geek (1.8 million, 0.8/2) was up a few ticks.

9pm

• About 16.5 million saw Adam Carolla eliminated from Dancing with the Stars (3.5/9 in 18-49).
• Big Brother 9 (6.3 million, 2.4/6) remained steady with last Tuesday.
• Hell’s Kitchen (11.6 million, 5.4/13) sent 1 million customers home.
• Reaper* (1.7 million, 0.6/2) turned in repeat numbers.

10pm

• Boston Legal (2.4/7 in 18-49) returned to 10.2 million.
• Law & Order: SVU* (8.6 million, 2.9/8) picked up 3 million.
• Secret Talents of the Stars (4.6 million, 1.5/4) had trouble finding an audience.
