Thursday Ratings: ABC, CBS Split Another Evening

The conclusion of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy/Private Practice crossover event gave the network another win in the demos last night. Meanwhile, a CSI drop didn’t keep CBS from placing first with the viewers.
8pm
- Survivor: Tocatins (13.7 million, 4.5/12 in 18-49) did about the same as last week.
- Bones (2.9/8) racked up 9.5 million.
- Ugly Betty (7.7 million, 2.3/6) added on 300,000.
- My Name is Earl (6.7 million, 2.6/7) was up 400,000; Kath & Kim (5.1 million, 2.2/6) was down 400,000.
- Smallville* (2.3 million, 0.9/2) remained steady.

- CSI (16.9 million, 4.4/11 in 18-49) lost 900,000.
- Grey’s Anatomy (15.4 million, 5.8/14) had the night’s best demos.
- Hell’s Kitchen (3.2/8) fired up 6.6 million.
- The Office* (5.8 million, 2.7/7) gave up 3.1 million; 30 Rock* (4.8 million, 2.1/5) was off by 2.8 million.
- Supernatural* (2 million, 0.8/2) was on par with last week.
10pm
- Private Practice (11.4 million, 4.4/12 in 18-49) plunged by 2.8 million.
- Eleventh Hour (11.2 million, 2.7/7) grew by 200,000.
- Approximately 7.4 million saw the return of Noah Wyle on ER (2.7/7).
