Miley Cyrus and Jessie Andrews

Miley Cyrus has filmed her new video with a porn star. The former Hannah Montana star hired Jessie Andrews - who was named Best Actress at this year's Adult Video News Awards - for the lead role in the promo for her latest song "Decisions."

Miley collaborated on the track with DJ Borgore, who wrote the song about his ex-girlfriend Jessie, and the pair decided it would make sense to ask the X-rated performer to appear in the video.

Lady Gaga and Die Antwoord

Lady Gaga has blasted Die Antwoord over Twitter. The "Born This Way" singer was outraged at the South African duo's new song "Fatty Boom Boom" which makes fun of the pop star and her eccentric stage performances.

The video features a man dressed in Gaga's iconic meat dress taking a violent sightseeing trip around Johannesburg, before giving birth to a prawn and being mauled by a lion on the street. The 26-year-old singer hit back at the controversial rappers in a tweet which parodies their song lyrics, saying, "i fink u freaky but you don't have a hit. hundred thousand tickets sold in SA. #thatsmys**t... i guess its not a good idea to tell someone you're a fan. never mind! we get it, you're not a little monster. (sic)"

MadonnaMadonna has decided against wearing a Muslim bridal dress in her new music video over fears for her safety.

The 54-year-old singer was planning to don a "Terror Bride" outfit - a combination of a traditional Iraqi bridal veil and a US soldier's uniform - in the video for upcoming single "Superstar" as a statement against oppression against women and war, but her advisors convinced her to ditch the political stunt because of the outrage it would be likely to cause.

"Madonna had the outfit ready to go. She was really proud of it and said it was her 'Terror Bride' costume. She had paraded around in it and said she was going to wear it in her next music video. At first when people started telling her it was madness she just brushed it off. But when they mentioned that her actions could put her life at risk she decided to ditch it from her video and certainly won't be wearing it on stage," a source said.

The Celebration hitmaker - who is a devotee of Jewish offshoot religion Kabbalah - had already tried the costume on, and while she is said to be "really disappointed" about not wearing the outfit, she hasn't ruled out donning the attire in a music video at some point in the future.

Nas and Amy WinehouseNas pays tribute to the late Amy Winehouse in his new music video.

The tragic singer - who died last July aged 27 - appears from beyond the grave by singing in the rapper's latest song "Cherry Wine," with her image projected onto a brick wall. The tribute ends with a black and white image of Amy with the words, "In memory, Amy Winehouse (1983 - 2011)," and Nas believes the track came directly from "God and Amy."

"It was chilling. A feeling of bitter sweetness, wishing that she was here. The director was genius. My main concern was being able to put her in the video in a respectful way," Nas told The Daily Star.

Nas has hit back at critics who claim he was cashing in on Amy's death by using her image: "I'm gonna write for my sister, that's what we do. If what had happened to her happened to me I would have expected the same from my friends."

Kristen StewartKristen Stewart has pulled out of a TV awards ceremony she was due to host with her ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

The Twilight duo was lined up to appear as presenters at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles next month. But Kristen, 22, is now heading to the Toronto International Film Festival to promote her movie On The Road instead.

Their appearance would have been the first time they have been seen together in public since her fling with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, 41, was revealed.

Insiders say 26-year-old Robert will now attend the show alone.

"Bosses were hoping that Kristen and Robert would be surprise guests before this scandal blew up. The idea was for them to jointly present awards...but that has been changed," an awards source said.

Green DayGreen Day will perform their new single at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).

The band - made up of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool - will give the first televised performance of "Oh Love," from their new album trilogy, Uno!, Dos! and Tre!, at Los Angeles' Staples Center on September 7.

"We're excited to perform on this year's MTV Video Music Awards. MTV has continuously supported us during our career, and we can't think of a better place to play our first TV performance for the albums," Billie Joe said.

The band have previously said they don't know if releasing three new albums between September and January is a good idea or not. "This could possibly be the greatest idea we've ever had or it could possibly be the dumbest idea we've ever had. And that's really exciting to think about. We don't have a f**king clue what we're doing as far as the future is concerned. And it's kind of exciting to think of it that way," Billie Joe said.

PinkPink will perform a new song at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). The "So What" hitmaker has been added to the line-up of guest performers which also includes Alicia Keys and One Direction and will debut a track from her forthcoming sixth album "The Truth About Love."

Pink says performing at the awards is "extra special" as she was banned from watching music channels when she was younger. "Being a part of the VMAs for me is extra special because my mom never let me used to watch MTV as a little girl. I would watch it anyway but she would also try and ground me but then I would just sneak out my window and go to someone's house that had MTV. So to be on MTV is quite ironic," she said.

This will mark the third time Pink has performed at the awards and she says it is a ceremony she always enjoys: "It's always one of the more enjoyable shows because it's relaxed and it's kind of rock 'n' roll and unpredictable and everyone is having a good time."

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards take place at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Thursday, September 6.
