The former Jonas Brothers singer, who parted ways with the band four months ago, shares the same manager as the "Let It Go" hitmaker and was thrilled to be offered the position ahead of the tour, which kicks off on February 9 in Vancouver. BeyonceBeyonce has sacked her manager and become her own boss.

The "Drunk In Love" hitmaker and Jay Z are now in total control of her career after ditching Live Nation executive Faisal Durrani, although her husband doesn't hold an official professional position.

"Jay has been heavily involved in Beyonce's career for years, and was instrumental in organizing the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. But he isn't officially regarded as her manager - she really is independent," a source said.

The change in focus is to make sure her career is handled with her family in mind, and with the couple reportedly keen to give their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy a sibling in the future. "Now the couple have Blue, she wants to make sure her family come first at all times, especially as there's talk of them adding to the brood. The best way to do that is to make sure all managerial decisions are made by her and her husband - together," the insider added.

Eminem and D12Eminem is working on a new D12 album.

The "Rap God" hitmaker has reportedly recorded three new tracks with the Dirty Dozen group and is working on their first album in decade, according to producer Mark Bass. According to The Detroit Free Press, Mark has listed a new D12 album among his upcoming projects, the follow-up to 2004's D12 World.

"Bass, who has started a label called Motunes Media, says he's also been mixing new material by the mercurial funk-pop giant Sly Stone with members of the original Family Stone band, along with new D12 tracks, including three with Eminem," the article states.

The rap group, which also features Kuniva, Swifty McVay and Fuzz Scoota, after the departure of Mr. Porter and Bizarre in 2012, and the deaths of rappers Bugz and Proof, have remained on a hiatus since Proof was shot in 2006.

OutKastOutKast stars Big Boi and Andre 3000 are working on solo albums.

The group's producer Mr. DJ has revealed the pair are at Stankonia Studios in Atlanta recording material for their own projects and not an OutKast album, after the duo announced they will reform to play 40 festivals this year. Mr. DJ told Revolt TV that Andre 3000 is set to release his debut solo album in coming months, while Big Boi is working on his third solo LP, the follow-up to 2012's Dangerous Lies and Vicious Rumors.

The producer suspects the duo, who are kicking off their tour by headlining Coachella in California this April, will reunite after the gigs and plan new material. "I get the feeling that the energy and camaraderie from the tour will bring everything full circle. We may make it back in for an album following that," he explained.

RadioheadRadiohead's plans for a new album are "up in the air."

The "Karma Police" hitmakers have put making their next record on hold to focus on their individual side projects, including frontman Thom Yorke's supergroup Atoms For Peace, and enjoy some much-needed time off.

"It's all up in the air at the minute. Thom's just come back from touring Atoms For Peace and he's having some quiet time. I'm sorry to be vague but we're all just taking it easy at the moment. Just enjoying being at home and hanging out really. But at the same time, the vibe is very much Oxford and all good! It's like that," bassist Colin Greenwood said n an interview with music website Drowned in Sound.

The band - also formed of Jonny Greenwood, Ed O'Brien and Philip Selway - intend to embark on a tour as soon as their new material is ready, but say a follow-up to their 2011 record The King Of Limbs is a long way off.

Bruce Springsteen and Kanye WestBruce Springsteen says Kanye West is an "incredible" artist.

The rock icon has heaped praise on the rapper for his dedication to innovation, and for putting in "a lot of hours" to make his albums to the best of his abilities. "[He] is incredible. I mean, the record-making facility, there's a lot of hours in those records," he told NPR. "And I saw him on television, he did the song called 'Blood on the Leaves' on 'Later... With Jools Holland' - it was fantastic, you know."

While the "Born to Run" musician listens to Kanye's music because he finds it "fascinating," he admitted it's not something he puts on while he's driving, instead preferring songs he grew up admiring. "I still find him very interesting. I'm not necessarily driving [to] it in my car, you know. I probably fall back on the stuff that I listened to as a kid or something if I'm driving around. But I do listen. I listen to [it] a lot because there's a lot of information in it and it's just fascinating record-making," he added.

Jennifer HudsonJennifer Hudson didn't get Michelle Obama a birthday present.

The "I Can't Describe" hitmaker is performing at the First Lady's 50th birthday bash in Washington D.C. today, but admits she couldn't think of a gift to get her. When asked how easy it was to pick out something special for Michelle, the 32-year-old star told gossip website TMZ.com, "You don't. You just go and be there and show your support, that's all you can do."

The singer is really looking forward to performing at the big party: "I can't describe my new single but it's in the groove and the Obamas I'm sure they've already got it. It'll be fun."

It was previously reported that Michelle, who turned 50 on Friday, had asked Adele to perform alongside her close friend Beyonce at the party but the "Someone Like You" hitmaker was already booked to attend Kate Moss' 40th party at her cottage in Cotswolds, England today. "Moss asked her team first to find out how much it would cost to get Adele to perform. But Michelle then also invited her to sing alongside Beyonce at the White House. With Adele's fees she could make $4.8 million in 72 hours if she flies from Kate's to the States," an insider said.

MorrisseyMorrissey has signed a deal to release his next album.

The 54-year-old singer, who has been without a label since the release of his last record Years of Refusal in 2009, has inked a new worldwide record deal with Universal Music's American-based Harvest Records.

In a statement, the singer said he was "thrilled" to have signed the contract and his tenth studio album will be released in the second half of 2014. The former frontman of The Smiths plans to head back into the studio in France later this month with producer Joe Chiccarelli, along with his longtime touring band, including guitarists Boz Boorer and Jesse Tobias, bassist Soloman Walker, drummer Matthew Walker and keyboard player Gustavo Manzur.

Morrissey, who released his autobiography last year, was advised by doctors to take it easy after suffering from a bleeding ulcer, double pneumonia and a throat condition in January 2013. He had to cancel a string of live dates after collapsing and being rushed to hospital but the singer now plans to tour again this year.
