“There’s no feud,” Tori Spelling recently spoke out on the mother-daughter feud which has been brewing in the headlines. “We simply never meshed,” Tori says of herself and her mother Candy Spelling, Aaron Spelling’s widow.
“I love my mother. I’ve always loved her,” Tori neatly dismissed claims that a feud brews in the House of Spelling. “It’s not like we’re not talking, we just haven’t talked.” Spelling spoke recently to People magazine to set the record straight.

The father of four (Shar Jackson is the mother of Kori, 6, and Kaleb, 4, Britney the mother of Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2) has been brought up in conversation by Spears several times recently. Now, he’s going to go on the record when it comes to her.

Hugh Jackman Named People’s Sexiest Man Alive

Today, People officially named 40-year-old Hugh Jackman their “Sexiest Man Alive.” The 6’2” star of Australia has now been added to a list that also includes Brad Pitt (two-time winner), Johnny Depp, Matt Damon, Jude Law and George Clooney (another two-time winner).
When asked which part of his body people like best, the married father of two responded: “My smile. Lately my pecs. I’m being honest!” (Yeah, I think that answer pretty much sums it up for me as well.)

People Profits from Brangelina Cover

If you’ve lost any sleep wondering if People‘s pricey gamble paid off, you can now rest comfortably. The answer appears to be yes.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the issue devoted to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s new twins was one of the magazine’s all-time best sellers. Here’s a quick look at the numbers:
- Approximately 2.6 million people paid for the opportunity to see Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon. People normally averages 1.5 million in weekly sales. (That number does not include the normal subscribers.)
- Although the issue has been on the shelves longer than normal, readers have had to pay $.50 more than normal to peruse the pictures.
- The website received 6 million unique visitors in a 24-hour period; it usually gets about 8.8 million a month.
- The spread was the 4th most-purchased in the magazine’s history. Only 9/11 and the deaths of Princess Diana and John F. Kennedy, Jr. sold more.
I guess some lucky charity will really benefit once Child #7 comes around…

First Look at the Jolie-Pitt Twins

Here they finally are. The two babies that have quickly made us forget that Jennifer Lopez also had twins.
In the upcoming issues of People and Hello!, Brangelina watchers will be getting more than their money’s worth. The two magazines will be devoting 19 and 17 pages, respectively, to Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon.
Although the newborns are only three weeks old, the two are already displaying their personalities. According to Brad, the babies are following along gender lines. “Viv is proving to resemble Ange in spirit, attitude and physicality… And Knox, he’s a bit of me.”

People Pays Brangelina $14 Million for Twin Pics

After leaving Brangelina fans on the edge of their seats (myself included) for weeks without seeing their twins, the couple have decided that it is finally time to introduce them to the world.
Much to no one’s surprise, People magazine won the bidding rights to the twins’ photo shoot in the U.S. and Canada, and Hello! magazine won the international rights. Although there has been no official release as to the amount, sources have claimed the figure is around $14 million.
Compared to previous biddings on babies like their older sister Shiloh ($4 million) and Jennifer Lopez’s twins ($6 million), the Jolie-Pitt twins have definitely set a new record for costing a magazine so much.

While I’m certain the magazine selected Mario Lopez long before tales of cheating ways were revealed (that’s if you don’t count Ali Landry’s experience), his inclusion just goes to show that any guy with a dimple can come off as charming.

Apparently we’ll also be seeing shots of their new tattoos. (I hate to be so negative—but aren’t love tats usually something you end up regretting?)
