Miley Cyrus Blasts the Paparazzi

Teenage phenomenon Miley Cyrus claims that her life is being ruined by the paparazzi.

The Hannah Montana singer has blasted photographers who follow her everywhere and has branded the profession “disgusting.”

The 16-year-old singer wrote on her Twitter page, “Being a paparazzi is the most DISGUISTING job imaginable. Being followed around by creepy photographers is NOT in the job description! YOU try being stuck inside cuz creepers are waiting for u. [sic]”

In reply to her comments gossip blogger Perez Hilton defended photographers, saying: “But some of them are your friends! You’re always chummy with that one videographer!”

Miley, who has sold over four million records, has previously revealed she has bad dreams about being photographed: “I have nightmares about paparazzi. I always have these flashing things in my dreams. They’re so scary.”

Rumer Willis Shops in Pajamas

So I can handle the baking hobby; however, I’m not sure I can understand Rumer Willis shopping in her pajamas.

The Sorority Row actress insists that she can go unnoticed in public as long as she doesn’t dress like a glamorous Hollywood star.

“I can still go down to the local supermarket wearing my jogging pants, and no one will ever recognize me. If I went down in my pajamas, no one would turn a hair. It’s when you get glammed up that the paparazzi will home in on you. But there is always, in Hollywood, a pressure to look your very best. Resist that, and you can live a fairly normal life.”

That Rumer—she’s got everything figured out! I’m sure that it has nothing to do with the fact that the paparazzi have no interest in her yet…

Maggie Gyllenhaal Feels For Jake

Loving mother and sister Maggie Gyllenhaal “feels sorry” for her brother.

The Dark Knight actress is saddened her younger sibling Jake Gyllenhaal is constantly followed by paparazzi and admits that his celebrity lifestyle has changed him as a person.

“Of course, everybody does change as they grow up, but I think it’s really hard for anybody who has to figure out a way to manage it. Like in Los Angeles, I don’t always know where to avoid going—sometimes you just walk right into a paparazzi nest. I get so angry, really upset. They chase him in their car and it’s just different for him. More than anything I feel sorry for him that he has to deal with that.”

Maggie, 31, and her family—actor husband Peter Sarsgaard and their two-year-old daughter Ramona—split their time between America and Britain to avoid the intrusion into their private lives.

She explained to Britain’s Marie Claire: “When Ramona was born, it was bad. We were living in the West Village in New York, where all the paparazzi are, and it got frenzied. They never bother us in London. We were at Wimbledon, walking around with sausages and champagne, and we thought, ‘We are so lucky we can do that—I don’t want to give it up.’”

Victoria Beckham Avoids Walking, Chooses Buggy

Ever wonder how Victoria Beckham got around in those heels all the time? Judging by her buggy ride at London’s Heathrow Airport, apparently she gets some help!

Strapped into a buggy used for the elderly or disabled, Posh was snapped up by paparazzi taking a ride across the airport. Then again, it may just be all of her traveling—it’s strenuous work trotting the globe in style.

Debbie Rowe Opts Out of Jackson Memorial

Although she had previously intended to attend Michael Jackson’s memorial tomorrow, ex-wife Debbie Rowe has since changed her mind.

“The onslaught of media attention has made it clear her attendance would be an unnecessary distraction to an event that should focus exclusively on Michael’s legacy. Debbie will continue to celebrate Michael’s memory privately,” her attorney Marta Almli said in a statement.

Judging by Rowe’s reaction to the annoying paparazzi in the video above, that decision was probably for the best. Then again, a live butt-kicking would have been kind of interesting.

Bai Ling Just Wants to Shop

...and flirt with the paparazzi!  Bai Ling was out and about in Hollywood yesterday, apparently trying to do some shopping on a major holiday.

As she paraded around her red Mercedes-Benz, she posed for photographers (pictures after the jump) as she inquired as to which stores where open and, more importantly, where she can find an Apple store. Let’s just hope that she isn’t planning to repeat history, as she had plead guilty to shoplifting at LAX last year.

Despite her politeness with the photogs, the one with the video camera had the nerve to zoom in on her crotch as she was driving away!

Julia Roberts, who shot to fame after her breakout role in Pretty Woman, has been an A-list star for over a decade. She’s one of the world’s most beautiful women and a truly bankable movie star. But she’s also a mother - just ask the paparazzi.

The actress stopped her vehicle to scream obscenities at a Web-camming photog after he’d allegedly follower her “all over town.” Yelling that she had her children with her, Roberts demanded the pap “get away from me!” Evidently Roberts had been chased by the man for some time before blowing her stack. Even movie stars can only be pushed so far.

Kanye West Not Ready to Apologize for Airport Fight

Although it’s been almost a month since he was detained at LAX, Kanye West does not appear he’s about to get past that incident anytime soon.

Back on September 11 (a horrible date for any airport arrest), the musician and his road manager were both arrested for damaging a photographer’s equipment. Although West has since been cleared of a felony charge (he only destroyed a relatively inexpensive lighting component), he could still be slapped with a misdemeanor. (It’s unclear what charges his partner-in-crime might still be dealing with.)
