Justin Bieber Upsets New Neighbors

Police have reportedly been called to Justin Bieber's new home twice already.

The "Believe" hitmaker is renting two apartments in a new complex in Beverly Hills - a penthouse and a property directly below - and even though he only moved in earlier this month, he has already ran into problems with his neighbors.

According to reports, the HOA (Home Owners Alliance) have been contacted because of excessive noise and marijuana use, and police were called on two occasions. One resident in the building told TMZ, "The smell of marijuana was permeating the floor, especially my hallway which is shared by [Justin's] unit."

According to the website, the 20-year-old star threw a party last week which went on until 4am and on Monday, he threw a small bash which saw his deck set up with bongs and a bar, and his entire penthouse was "hotboxed," meaning it was sealed off to maximize the possible high from smoking marijuana.

Kardashians Anger Residents in the Hamptons

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have already angered residents in the Hamptons as they prepare to spend the summer there.

The famous sisters are set to film their new reality TV show Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons for E! but neighbours are less than impressed by the thought of them spending the coming months in the area.

"They have been looking at property on Little Plains Road in Southampton, and already the neighbors are up in arms about it. They don't want the hassle of the entourage, the cameras, the paparazzi and all the fanfare that comes with this attention-seeking family," a source said.

The siblings will open a Dash pop-up boutique in the luxurious coastal spot and will also work on relocating their SoHo-based store in New York City to a new area during the series, according to the network.

Justin Bieber Caught on Tape During Egg Attack

Justin Bieber was reportedly caught on tape at the time of the egg attack on his neighbor's house.

New surveillance footage showing the "Boyfriend" singer near the property in Calabasas, California - which suffered an estimated $20,000 of damage in the incident - when it was hit by eggs last month is being considered as critical evidence in the case against the star.

According to gossip website TMZ, Justin isn't seen holding any eggs but he is reportedly heard shouting abuse at his neighbor. In the short clip, a man thought to be Bieber is heard shouting, "F**k you! I got another one for you actually." However, sources close to the star have disputed the authenticity of the video, which is too dark to clearly make out the "Baby" hitmaker.

The reports come after the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department passed the case on to the Los Angeles County District Attorney and strongly recommended that the "Beauty and a Beat" singer be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The District Attorney is expected to make a decision on the case - which was originally filed as a misdemeanor but could become a felony due to the extent of the damage - in approximately one week.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are selling their $11.5 million London home.

The couple are moving out of the upmarket area of Belsize Park in North London after a series of arguments with their neighbors, who are upset by constant modifications to their property. "We have had years of their building works. They have taken down trees so they can park their flash cars in the driveway and they put a huge swimming pool in the back garden," a local said.

Another neighbor added, "The trouble is that it will probably be a similar sort that moves in and we'll have this all over again."

Iron Man 3 actress Gwyneth and Coldplay singer Chris - who have Apple, nine, and Moses, seven, together - bought their home ten years ago for $4 million from actress Kate Winslet. They then bought the neighboring property for $5 million as well as another house on the other side and combined all three to make a huge 33-room mansion.

Justin Bieber’s House Raided by Cops

Justin Bieber's house was raided by cops this morning over his alleged egging of a neighbor's house.

Eleven police cars arrived at the "Heartbreaker" singer's mansion in Calabasas, California, armed with a search warrant and a battering ram after the owner of a house next door complained of damage which could total up to $20,000 caused by eggs thrown at it last week.

"I can confirm we have served a search warrant at Justin Bieber's residence as part of a felony vandalism investigation. He is there, and we are right now in the process of serving the warrant. We're looking for anything we might need to move this investigation forward," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore told the New York Daily News newspaper.

Officials believe surveillance video in the singer's home could have also caught the incident on tape, and help catch the culprit.

Bieber Could Face Felony Charges for Egging Neighbor’s House

Justin Bieber could face felony charges for alleged vandalism.

The 19-year-old star, who has been accused of throwing at least 20 eggs at his neighbor's house in his gated community in Calabasas, California, yesterday, is reportedly the subject of a new police investigation after his neighbor claimed the singer caused more than $400 in damage during the attack.

A police report, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, is currently calling it a misdemeanor, but it could become a felony if there is proof Justin caused extensive criminal damage.

The unidentified resident said the Canadian pop star was also trespassing on his property at the time. Dark video footage has also been released in which you can hear the neighbor yelling, "I see you. I f**king see you!" and a young male, who is allegedly Justin, responding, "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!" The neighbor then instructs his 13-year-old daughter to call the police.

Justin Bieber Accused of Egg Attack on Neighbor

Justin Bieber has been accused of throwing eggs at his neighbor's house yesterday.

The 19-year-old hunk reportedly launched an attack on one of his fellow residents in his gated community in Calabasas, California, by hurling the eggs at the front door of his property. The unidentified resident told TMZ he "heard something banging against his house in Calabasas around 7.30pm Thursday, and when he stepped on to a second floor balcony he saw Justin down below hurling eggs at his front door."

After shouting at the "Beauty and a Beat" hitmaker, the neighbor claims the pop star started aiming eggs at him, before scrambling back to his own property. The resident, who has reportedly had a run-in with Justin before, immediately called the police as he believed his house had been hit with at least 20 eggs.

Law enforcement officers attended the scene and have taken an incident report, but it is not yet known whether they have spoken to Justin.

Rita Ora Evicted from Her Flat

Rita Ora is on the hunt for a new home after being kicked out of her flat.

The "R.I.P." singer, who was renting a luxury west London apartment, has been asked to find a new place to live after a number of complaints about noisy late night parties. "Rita is on the move after some complaints about noise in her last place. She has already been looking at houses and wants to buy a proper home for the first time. She thinks a new home would be the perfect way to celebrate such a successful year," a source said.

The 23-year-old star's career is going from strength to strength and she was named Musician of the Year at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards last month.

The singer, who is dating DJ Calvin Harris, was threatened with eviction recently after ignoring warnings from her landlord. "Rita has been told about the noise before but she ignored it and now the landlord says she has to go. This isn't the first time she's been threatened with eviction but it's much more serious now. Rita lives in a nice building with a lot of older neighbours who aren't happy with her," an insider said.
