Evangeline Lilly Lost Without Show

Freckled starlet Evangeline Lilly is “homeless and unemployed.”
The actress admits she has found herself at a loss since filming her final scenes for Lost in Hawaii but has only just realized the extent of her situation.
“I did live in Hawaii and now I am essentially homeless. I’m a gypsy a bit, living out of my suitcase, and I’m unemployed. I was filling out a form at the dentist the other day and I realized when they said ‘Put your address and your occupation’ that I was homeless and unemployed.”
The brunette beauty admits she has always enjoyed moving from place to place as it allowed her the opportunity for reinvention. She explained to talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, “When I was a kid we moved a lot and then when I was in high school I stayed still for a long time. I must have gotten a bit of fever - whatever it was that makes you want to change - because I looked around me and saw people who were different to me and interesting, and I decided I wanted to try to be them. I would move towns - because you can’t change who you are when people know you already - and I would take on a new. I wouldn’t suddenly put on 50lbs and pretend I was a man.”

Evangeline Lilly Wants Eco-Friendly Adoptions
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Television, Pregnancies,
Evangeline Lilly thinks that people have to stop having babies to save the planet.
The actress, who is been dating her co-star Dominic Monaghan since they met on the set of Lost in 2004, believes people are procreating at an alarming rate and must slow down their baby-making or adopt to “protect” the Earth.
“For a very long time, I have had intentions to adopt. We have a huge population problem on Earth. We’re not going to protect the Earth the way we need to protect it if we don’t stop making so many babies.”
Despite her views on adoption, the 30-year-old beauty is desperate to experience the “gift” of pregnancy and will “allow” herself one baby of her own:
“I have always wanted to have a child of my own, and I will always want to go through the gift that women have been given to experience that, so I hope to be a mother at some point. I think I can allow myself one child - and from then on, I think I would have to adopt. It makes sense not to add to the population problem.”
Quote of the Day: Evangeline Lilly on Age
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Television,

“I love it! I really believe that a woman doesn’t reach her peak until her forties. In your twenties you can be pretty, but you don’t accomplish real beauty until you find wisdom and depth. I know it’s going to take me another 15 years!”
- Lost beauty Evangeline Lilly, who turned 30 last week, on growing older. Not something one usually hears from women in Hollywood, eh?

Josh Holloway’s Robber Sentenced to Prison
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Television, Legal Issues,
Shortly after celebrating last Thursday’s ratings alongside cast and crew, Lost star Josh Holloway had more to celebrate yesterday with the satisfaction of knowing that the man who robbed him is finally in jail.
Alongside his wife, the model-turned-actor who plays Sawyer on ABC’s hit series Lost was terrorized back in October of 2005 by 23 year-old Ruben Royce. Awoken from their bed in their Hawaiian home, Royce held both Holloway and his wife, Yessica, at gunpoint as he stole their cash, credit cards, and Mercedes-Benz.
Royce was convicted in court yesterday, ultimately sentenced to 13-30 years behind bars for this and similar crimes he committed the following three weeks.
Hopefully this will mark a new turning point for the cast members of the hit show, as most of them have been struck by misfortune (this, of course, includes Holloway’s robbery) ever since the series started.
