Just when she was keeping herself free of legal troubles, Britney Spears has been accused of sexually harassing her bodyguard.
Former policeman Fernando Flores, 29, has quit his job as the pop superstar’s head bodyguard after the mother-of-two allegedly paraded around naked in front of him on numerous occasions. Flores is now reportedly considering a sexual harassment lawsuit against the “Piece of Me” singer.
“She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn’t reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action. Working for Britney is tough. She’s a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff,” a friend of Flores said.

Heidi Montag Files For Legal Separation

It’s looking a lot less like a hoax: Heidi Montag is filing for legal separation from Spencer Pratt.
The reality star has been spotted entering the Santa Monica Courthouse in California with papers in her hand earlier today. “It’s a legal separation. It’s all Heidi can do until a lawyer gets 100 per cent involved,” a source revealed.
Onlookers claim 23-year-old Heidi looked serious as she entered the courthouse and was without her usual makeup and hairstyling. In legal papers seen by TMZ, Heidi claims “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation.
The actress-and-singer initially went to the Malibu Courthouse to file the papers, but was told they did not deal with family cases and she would have to go to Santa Monica. Heidi recently revealed she was planning to have the “best summer” following her split from 26-year-old Pratt - who she married in a secret ceremony 14 months ago.
Writing on her Twitter page she said, “Laying out in the hot sun! Enjoying the beach. This is going to be the best summer of my life!!!!!!(sic)”

Britney Spears Not Ready For Control of Her Life

Britney Spears is “unlikely” to regain control of her affairs in the near future.
The 28-year-old singer, whose father Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet were made co-conservators of her personal and professional affairs after her public breakdown in 2008, is due to have a conservatorship status hearing today, but is not expected that the judge will change the ruling.
“Britney won’t be in court for the hearing. It seems highly unlikely that the conservatorship will end by the end of summer. Britney’s just not ready, yet. She has her good days and bad days. Britney has complex issues on a personal and professional level, and that is the reason the conservatorship is still in place,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
The “Piece of Me” singer will only be permitted to regain control of her vast fortune if Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz has enough evidence to justify ending the conservatorship. It had previously been claimed Britney feels “completely out of it” because her father is so controlling.
“She is so out of it she just doesn’t care anymore. She just does what she’s told and is totally in her world. She’ll even call people at all hours of night for a general conversation and acts like it’s the middle of the day or something,” a source said.
Gene Simmons Accused of Sexual Assault

Rock-turned-reality star Gene Simmons has been accused of sexual assault and sexual battery.
Make-up artist Victoria Jackson has filed a lawsuit against the KISS singer - whose real name is Gene Klein - alleging he approached her when she was working at Los Angeles’ ESPN Sports Center last November and said in “a lecherous and inappropriate manner, ‘I like you.’”
According to the documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Victoria was “surprised by the overtly sexual attention.” She accuses the 60-year-old rocker of grabbing and hugging her, to which she responded: “Ouch. You are hurting me.” She then tried to back out of his way because “his spiked chest was jabbing her in the face.”
Gene refused to let go of the make-up artist, instead “he pulled her even closer, tightly, pinning her arms and said, ‘No not yet.’” He is then accused of “humping her to the extent she could feel his groin grinding into her.” Gene then allegedly said, “Aw, That’s better! Now you can go.”
According to RadarOnline.com, Victoria - who described the rocker’s behavior as “vile and inexcusable” - is seeking over $500,000 in damages. She claims she has suffered humiliation, shame, embarrassment, anger, anxiety, loss of sleep and depression. However, the Crazy Crazy Nights star has filed a suit against Victoria claiming she wanted money and no assault occurred.
Michael Lohan Says Lindsay Would Prefer Jail to Rehab

Michael Lohan claims daughter Lindsay Lohan would rather go to jail than rehab.
The Mean Girls actress is due in court tomorrow and may be sent to prison for violating her probation following her arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2007, but Michael insists that wouldn’t bother her.
He told X17, “Lindsay doesn’t need to go through the jail process. She thinks that three days in jail is better than 60 days in rehab and she’s sadly mistaken. Lindsay doesn’t realize how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer. It’s something that would stick with her for the rest of her life and she doesn’t need any more torment.”
Troubled Lindsay - who spent 84 minutes in jail in 2007 - is currently in France at the Cannes Film Festival and may not be able to get back to Los Angeles due to the volcanic ash over Europe, which is threatening flights. However, Michael’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, insists she shouldn’t have gone with such an important date looming:

Michael Lohan Wants Lindsay in Rehab

The celebrity with a family that cares: Lindsay Lohan‘s father has begged a judge to order her to rehab.
Michael Lohan - who has repeatedly claimed the actress is addicted to prescription drugs - had his lawyer Lisa Bloom write a letter to the official presiding over her driving over the influence (DUI) probation case asking for more steps to be taken to intervene in his daughter’s life. The note read: “It is clear to Michael that the current court-ordered condition of her probation - namely, that she is required only to attend alcohol education classes - is insufficient.”
The letter goes on to ask that the judge “order Lindsay into an inpatient residential drug and alcohol treatment program.” In the document, obtained by TMZ, it is suggested the Mean Girls star could receive treatment at New York facility Cold Spring Hills, adding, “Her family could easily attend family therapy with her as needed.”
Michael acknowledges the 23-year-old star may not be sent to rehab, so has also suggested an alternative intervention plan. The letter explains, “Michael respectfully requests the Court order Lindsay to be subject to frequent, random, court ordered drug testing; that Lindsay be subjected to random searches of her home and person by law enforcement; and that Lindsay’s probation be extended for an additional term of years to continue her period of court supervision.”

Courtney Love Slams Daughter on Facebook

Although Courtney Love initially appeared to be tight-lipped when the news broke that she lost custody of her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, the troubled musician has now broken her silence.
No stranger to blasting ludicrous remarks on Facebook, Love used the social networking site to spew hateful thoughts about her 17 year-old daughter, whose father was the late Kurt Cobain.
“I hate to sound cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s**t has lost her position… she was deceptive, she lied and she’s lying to herself… My daughter is not always honest. The fact is fbc [Frances Bean Cobain] is deluded. She thinks she has all this money. The point is I have all the money she has. Frances is clearly deluded that she can buy her grandmother a small house in la [Los Angeles]. I’d love to see how that works. They’ll incubate her [sic] til shes 18 and then have her sign all the [sic] indnemofications.”
This is not the first time Love has lost custody of Frances Bean; Love’s lawyers assure that she did not have a drug relapse and the matter was simply Frances Bean’s decision to live with her grandparents over her mother.
In the end, however, Love ends her internet tirade with words that somewhat resemble that of a woman showing motherly care (despite what she had said previously).

Chris Brown Embarrassed Over Attack

Chris Brown is “embarrassed” about his assault on his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
The “Run It” singer has spoken out about his humiliation at losing his temper with the 21-year-old beauty in an attack which left her covered in bruises and bite marks and has revealed he still can’t look at the photographs of her injuries.
“It’s unbearable to view. It’s something that I have to live with every time they show it. I’m embarrassed that I couldn’t control my anger at that time. It’s a reminder that I have to be in control of my own actions and not anyone else’s. My actions today and in the past shape my future.”
Chris, who has to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna for the next five years, has now vowed to “learn from” his behavior.
“Domestic violence is totally wrong whatever the circumstances, no exceptions. I’m only 20. This is a bad mistake I made, but one that I’m not denying nor running away from. I don’t believe I should let it shatter my life. I’m owning up to the wrongs I’ve done and am working on myself. I’m trying to find the positive amid the negative. I’m urging people to learn from what I did and not take the same route. If I do that - act as an example - then I feel I have no reason to go through the rest of my life with my head hanging down.”

Pete Doherty Arrested in Germany

After causing a ruckus over a Nazi row, Pete Doherty is not having the best of luck in Germany: the musician has been arrested in the country for smashing the back window of a car.
The Babyshambles frontman was taken into custody for throwing a pint glass at a car - believed to be parked at the time - outside of the bar Trinkteufel (Drink Devil) in Berlin shortly before 7am on Saturday morning). According to German newspaper Bild, Pete had been thrown out of another bar a short while earlier, and upon arriving at Trinkteufel had been asking staff where he could buy some drugs.
A bartender said, “I almost threw them out too. He was drinking shots and constantly asking where to get cocaine.”
Pete was taken to a police station not far from Checkpoint Charlie - the best known crossing point between East and West Germany when the country was separated after World War II - where he spent the next three hours. He was booked for property damage and released.
Paris Hilton Threatens to Sue Billboard Company

Much like Woody Allen’s legal battle with American Apparel over the usage of an Annie Hall image, everyone’s favorite reality star heiress Paris Hilton is now finding herself in a similar battle after a New Zealand billboard firm slapped her face on one of their spaces.
On top of using her image without acquiring approval, the Media5 ad has “Vacant” written in large letters across the photo of her partying.
“Paris has a proven ability to laugh at herself. We assume that the agency has taken care of the rights to the image of Paris, but we will ask the question. We’re not trying to offend anyone,” spokesperson for Media 5, Adam McGregor, said.
