Quote of the Day: Jack Nicholson on Women
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Movies, Dating, Hook-ups,

"I’m definitely still wild at heart. But I’ve struck bio-gravity. I can’t hit on women in public any more. I didn’t decide this; it just doesn’t feel right at my age... There were points in my life where I felt oddly irresistible to women. I’m not in that state now and that makes me sad."

Quote of the Day: Winona Ryder on Aging in Hollywood
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies,

"I did relate to Beth on a certain level. Just that thing of, you know, when I'm told I'm not the ingénue anymore. And now I'm 39. I remember when I was younger, I couldn't wait to be older, because I was always the kid on the set, I was always younger than everyone else. And now I'm older than a lot of the people I work with. I've been doing this for 25 years, which is so strange."

Quote of the Day: Jane Fonda on Choosing Plastic Surgery
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies,

“I recently had plastic surgery. It was a hard decision to make, and I decided if I’m going to do it, I’m going to tell the truth. I’m writing a book about aging, so I can’t write that book and not say I’ve had plastic surgery. And you know, I just decided it was for me—I don’t want to have bags under my eyes that make me look tired, and so forth and so on.”
-Actress Jane Fonda, who has two new workout videos coming out on November 30, admitting her looks aren’t entirely natural.

Californication’s Natascha McElhone Enjoys Looking Old
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories:
Natascha McElhone is glad she’s always looked “old” because it means there’s less pressure on her to maintain her appearance.
The Californication star doesn’t feel the need to use Botox or have cosmetic surgery as she has never been asked to play youthful roles.
“I’ve always looked old for my age. I’ve never been a girly girl. It must be hard if you are the sort of the impy, cute, cheeky girlfriend type, but that has never been me. I’ve always played women,” the 38-year-old said.
The British-born actress also says she enjoys living part of her time in Los Angeles because there are so many other British stars over there.
“There is quite a swell of British actors. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because there’s less work here. But it’s great. You bump into each other,” she said. “I am one of those people who goes to a place and sees the stuff that is bright and sparkly. Hollywood has been fantastic to me. I wouldn’t be working as an actress if it wasn’t for Hollywood.”
Renee Zellweger Turns 40 Gracefully
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Style, Birthdays,
Renee Zellweger insists turning 40 hasn’t affected her career.
The My One and Only star, who celebrated the landmark birthday in April, believes that her quirky appearance will always land her roles, regardless of her age.
Asked if she had noticed more exciting parts drying up, she said, “It’s so hard to comment because I don’t see it. I don’t know. I’m so spoiled with respect to the experiences I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve had that I don’t see it. I’ve never been that girl who is dependent on how fabulous my hair is or my stature or that I look good in order to work. So I don’t really think about it in those terms.”
The actress insists the only bad thing about turning 40 is that people are expecting her to feel differently about life: “I’m so sad that everyone keeps pointing to this birthday, ‘You had this birthday, how do you feel now?’ I’m thinking, ‘I feel nothing different.’”
Daryl Hannah Reverses the Aging Process
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Movies, Paparazzi Photos, Where Are They Now?,

The change in Daryl Hannah, 48, from March 2009 to August 2009 is remarkable enough to make even skeptics believe in time travel. Note the difference in her March ‘09 picture to April 2009 - it looks like she lost ten years in thirty days. Even this dramatic change is nothing to the way she looked last night in New York.
Either Daryl Hannah knows where to find the fountain of youth, or she’s got one of the best plastic surgeons money can buy.
