Amanda Bynes allegedly walked around a New York tanning salon completely naked.
The 26-year-old What I Like About You actress - who recently pleaded not guilty to two charges of driving on a suspended license in California - is said to have shocked customers by walking into the salon's reception area without any clothes on moments after being set up in a private room for a Mystic spray-tan session.
"She walked out of the room completely naked. She didn't seem to care that everyone saw her naked. She seemed totally out of it. She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her. There was definitely something wrong with her," a customer said.
Amanda - who claims to have retired from acting - has displayed erratic behavior in recent months, and has been dropped by her agent, publicist and entertainment lawyer after they found they had been unable to get in touch with her for four weeks.

Miley Cyrus is reportedly planning multiple wedding celebrations with fiance Liam Hemsworth.
The 19-year-old singer and Two And A Half Men actress - who announced her engagement to the 22-year-old The Hunger Games actor last June - is eager to toast their nuptials with three lavish bashes around the globe so they can celebrate with all their family and friends.
A source told Star magazine that the "Can't Be Tamed" singer is planning to have weddings in Los Angeles, her native Tennessee and another ceremony in Melbourne, Australia, where Liam is originally from.
The source also said Miley is working with designers on three separate wedding dresses to show off her new super-slim figure and has budgeted $1 million for their worldwide celebrations that will take place next year.

Hulk Hogan Settles Lawsuit Against Bubba

Hulk Hogan has settled his lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge.
The wrestler has dropped charges against his former best friend over his leaked sex tape, but is still suing Bubba's ex-wife Heather Clem - who stars in the saucy video alongside Hulk - and website host Gawker Media for allegedly violating his privacy.
Bubba - real name Todd Alan Clem - released an apology letter on Monday in which he revoked his previous statement that Hulk leaked the tape for publicity and was aware he was being filmed, TMZ is reporting. The radio DJ announced, "It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video's release in any way."
He added he is now "committed to helping Hulk and his attorneys find whoever is responsible for the release of the tape."

Congratulations are in order for Hawaii 5-0 star Alex O'Loughlin and his partner, Malia Jones, who welcomed their son to the world on Thursday.
Their baby boy isn't the first child for both parents, who went public with their relationship in November. O'Loughlin has 15 year-old Saxon from a previous partner; Jones' first son, three year-old Spike, is also from a former relationship.
No word yet as to their son's name (although I'm sure some Hawaii 5-0 fans are secretly wishing that he goes with Danno).
O'Loughlin is currently filming season three of the reboot of the 70's cop drama of the same name. Jones is a surfer and model who has appeared in Esquire and Sports Illustrated.

Britney Spears is upset by Sam Lutfi's recent court claims.
The X Factor judge's former manager is suing her parents for defamation and during the trial he has claimed Britney was addicted to drugs when he managed her but the singer, who has gotten her life back together following a much-publicised breakdown in 2008, is upset by his revalations.
"Over the past four years you'd hear Britney's name and the first thing you'd think of was shaved head, psych hold, umbrella. But she got her life straightened out and now you think music, glamour, that big smile. The court case couldn't have come at a worse time," a source said.
Britney's friends are also worried about the star having to relive her past troubles. "She's long battled mental health issues so to be reminded of this time in her life, when she almost died, is devastating. No one should have to relive what she went through," the insider added.

Scott Disick Shopping for Engagement Ring

Scott Disick has been shopping for an engagement ring for Kourtney Kardashian.
The 29-year-old hunk - who has two children, Mason, two, and three-month-old Penelope, with the brunette beauty - was spotted in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Thursday with a male friend checking out engagement bands at Levinson Jewelers.
"Scott was most definitely shopping for engagement rings, and all of them were large! Scott and his friend looked at a whole selection of amazing rings, all diamond, all different cuts, sizes, settings -- he certainly is taking his time and wants to make the right purchase," an onlooker said.
But Kourtney might not be the only Kardashian sister to get engaged soon as Kanye West has also reportedly been planning to pop the question to his 32-year-old girlfriend Kim Kardashian, who fueled such speculation earlier this week when she was spotted out and about wearing a huge diamond ring.

Hulk Hogan’s Sex Tape to Remain on Gawker

Hulk Hogan's sex tape will remain on Gawker. The former wrestler has lost his bid for a temporary restraining order against the website - which is currently showing a one minute and 40 second snippet of his intimate encounter with Heather Clem - but a hearing on his request for an injunction will take place on November 8.
According to E! News, U.S. District Court Judge James D. Whittemore said, "Upon consideration, Plaintiff has failed to show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage will result before Defendants can be heard in opposition."
Hulk, whose real name is Terry Bollea, is seeking $100 million in damages from Gawker as well as unspecified damages from his former best friend Bubba the Love Sponge and Bubba's ex-wife Heather for recording him without permission.
The "TNA IMPACT Wrestling" star's lawyer said the actions of those involved in leaking the tape were "illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency." The lawyers were also calling for any copies of the tape to be handed over to them to be destroyed forever.

Brian Austin Green's $200,000 lawsuit against ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil has reportedly been thrown out.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actor was allegedly suing the mother of his 10-year-old son Kassius over purported unpaid loans, but Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Barbara Meiers has dismissed the case, TMZ reports.
According to the gossip website, Brian waited too long to pursue action against the actress - whom he met on the set of the US drama series - and as a result his statute of limitations ran out.
In more bad news for Brian, Vanessa - who filed for divorce from husband Carmine Giovinazzo in an LA County Superior Court in August, citing "irreconcilable differences" - might be able to seek monetary sanctions against the actor, with her lawyers reportedly asking for $50,000. A hearing has been set for January 4, 2013.
