Brooke Mueller is looking for a new home.
The 36-year-old socialite is planning to move out of the exclusive gated community Mulholland Estates, where her neighbors include her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife Denise Richards, until she regains primary custody of her sons, Bob and Max, with the Anger Management star, so that her brother, Scott Mueller, who secured temporary guardianship of the boys last week, can look after them in familiar surroundings.
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that Scott is moving into Brooke's home in Beverly Hills yesterday, and she believes she is not legally allowed to stay there with the boys until her custody rights are fully restored. The insider said that she began shopping for condos in the same area on Monday.
Scott, who lives in Orange County, California, decided to move into Brooke's house to look after the boys - after Denise made the "difficult decision" to give up caring for them as a result of their "violent behavior" towards her daughters - because the judge felt it was important that Bob and Max stay in the same school.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to Move to UK?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are planning to move to London.
The couple are planning to settle down in an upmarket area of the UK capital in a bid to give their five-month-old daughter North an "elite" education and social circle. "Kanye talks a lot about how he wants his kids to attend the same boarding schools as Kate Middleton and Prince William did. He wants them to go to Oxford, grow up alongside royalty and be part of the elite. They'll be buying a place and love the idea of Chelsea or Kensington," a source said.
The couple also see the move as a good chance to broaden their respective careers. "Kim and Kanye see London as the next phase of their empire growth. The US is pretty much a saturated market for them now, but their business people reckon that London could be their new LA," the source added.

Alec Baldwin has denied he once had a sexual relationship with his alleged stalker. The former 30 Rock star took to the stand against Genevieve Sabourin, who is on trial for stalking and harassment, in Manhattan, New York, this morning, and broke down in tears as he accused the Canadian actress of making his life miserable.
The defendant, 40, repeatedly heckled the Rock of Ages star, 55, during his testimony, according to gossip website TMZ.com, and challenged Alec when he denied her claims that they had sex after a dinner date in 2010 and also met in 2002. "Really?" she shouted when he insisted they never had a sexual relationship and accused him of having a "lying disease."

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis want to marry at Kensington Palace in London.
The A-list couple, who are close pals with Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter Princess Beatrice and her boyfriend Dave Clark, are reportedly eager for a royal affair of their own after falling in love with Britain, where Mila recently filmed new movie Jupiter Ascending.
"They both adored Kate and William's wedding and wanted to do something similar for themselves. They don't want a big flashy wedding but they liked the idea of marrying somewhere historic like a castle. But then Princess Beatrice suggested the Orangery at Kensington Palace and Mila and Ashton think it's the perfect setting. They want a small ceremony in front of just a few family and friends," a source said.
However, the loved-up couple will have to wait until Ashton, 35, is officially divorced from ex-wife Demi Moore before they can tie the knot. The Two and a Half Men star split from his estranged spouse in 2011, but their divorce has been held up by disagreements over settlement money. The former flames are thought to have reached an understanding recently and agreed to sign their divorce papers.

Rob Lowe feels "lucky" to have put his wild past behind him.
The 49-year-old hunk was known for his partying and womanizing as a member of the Hollywood "Brat Pack" - also consisting of Charlie Sheen, Emilio Estevez and Andrew McCarthy - in the 1980s but while some of his pals succumbed to their exuberant lifestyles, Rob entered rehab at 26, after a sex tape of himself leaked, and has been sober ever since.
"I am lucky I got through it. A lot of people just don't. You can't drink yourself to death, you can't burn yourself out on drugs, you can't go crazy or let the business eat you up. I definitely enjoyed myself. [But] I have been sober now for 22 years ... 23, in fact. I know that had I not done that, I would never have made it."
The Killing Kennedy star is now happily married to Sheryl Berkhoff - his wife of 22 years - and is a proud family man with two sons, Matthew 20, and 18-year-old John: "My two sons are the most important things in the world to my wife and I - they are what I build my world around."

Idris Elba and his girlfriend are reportedly expecting their first baby together.
The Luther actor could become a father for the second time, with his partner Naiyana Garth said to be pregnant with his child. "Idris and Naiyana are so in love and this is the icing on the cake for them. They had been keeping it quiet as it's early in the pregnancy, but they've told family and friends and Naiyana is beginning to show," a source said.
It was only recently confirmed Idris - who has an 11-month-old daughter Isan with his ex-wife Dormowa Sherman - was in a relationship with the make-up artist. The couple - who have now been together for several months - are both said to be "feel lucky" to have found each other and are looking forward to the new arrival.
"She is absolutely lovely and she's looking radiant. Her and Idris are a great couple and feel lucky to have found each other. Obviously Idris is a bit of a TV heartthrob so Naiyana is the envy of women across the country. But the truth is Idris is the one who really considers himself the lucky one. He's a great dad and she'll be a brilliant mum. They can't wait for their new arrival," the insider added.

Kaley Cuoco blasts rumors she is pregnant.
The Big Bang Theory actress has slammed speculation she is expecting fiance Ryan Sweeting's child, and took to Twitter to make herself clear: "I would like to make something very clear to anyone who cares. IAM NOT EFFING PREGNANT. Do with that what you will [sic]."
Although they may not have made plans to expand their family just yet, Kaley has recently revealed she is keen to marry the tennis player as soon as possible. "We've been planning, so hopefully early next year. We don't have an exact date, but I want to marry him tomorrow so I want to go as fast as possible," she said.
However, the 27-year-old star has also admitted she almost didn't meet Ryan at all after she was hurt following the end of her relationship with Henry Cavill. "I was putting it off and really nervous about it and just not wanting to do this. And so [my friend] gave him my number and he texted me. He was like, 'I'm coming to LA.' I'm like, 'Oh my god, so now I have to see this guy? Do I have to hang out with him all weekend? Is he going to be here for, like, days?'" she previously explained.

Charlie Sheen has violated the gagging order restricting him from talking about his custody case.
The Anger Management star took to Twitter to air his thoughts about his "Adderall snorting husk" of an ex-wife, Brooke Mueller - with whom he has four-year-old twins Bob and Max - as well as the "anus-brain" judge who granted Brooke's brother Scott temporary custody of the kids on Friday morning, allowing him to move into the socialite's house to care for them.
Charlie let rip on his Twitter account, writing, "So lemme see if I got this straight ... my twin boys are now in harm's way and in grave danger, being 'raised' by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke. And guess what CPS and 'I'm Italian' judge anus-brain, you may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father."
