Eva Longoria is dating Jose Antonio Baston.
The Desperate Housewives actress went public with her new man over the weekend, after keeping her romance with the Mexican businessman under wraps for the past few weeks.
The 45-year-old entrepreneur escorted Eva, 38, to the Museo Jumex Opening dinner at Case De La Bola in Mexico City, Mexico, on Friday. "He's been sweeping her off her feet and courting her like a proper gentleman," a source told People.
Jose - who is the president of Televisa, the largest media company in Latin America - was first spotted at New York's Serafina restaurant with Eva in October. It appears Jose was mistaken for her former boyfriend Eduardo Cruz at the time, since the lunch date - which saw them "holding hands and kissing" at the table - fuelled rumours the actress had rekindled her romance with her old flame, who originally called things off in June 2012.

Russell Brand has asked Jemima Khan to live with him in Los Angeles.
The 38-year-old comedian wants to prove he is committed to his on/off girlfriend and has reportedly told her he wants her to move to the US. "'Russell finally won Jemima back after a rocky start and now he doesn't want to let her go. He's due to be back in LA before Christmas for work commitments and he wants Jemima to go with him so they can spend time at his place in Beverly Hills. If she likes it, he wants her to move there full-time with him. Russell ultimately wants them to divide their time between LA and London together," a source said.
However, Jemima is said to be unsure about leaving the UK because of a "whirlwind romance," although a recent politically-fueled interview with BBC program Newsnight has helped his case. "At the moment Jemima isn't mad keen on the idea of leaving her life in London on the back of a whirlwind romance. She told him so too, but Russ is making it sound like an incredibly attractive proposition. He's slowly changing her mind. Additionally when Jemima saw how passionate and informed Russ came across when he was recently interviewed by Jeremy Paxman she really started to imagine a serious relationship with him," the insider added.

Brooke Mueller hid two stints in rehab from doctors while she was pregnant.
The 36-year-old troubled star - who has four-year-old twins Bob and Max with Anger Management star Charlie Sheen - is believed to have been battling an addiction to crystal methamphetamine while she was carrying twin boys and allegedly kept this from medical staff involved in the safe delivery of her children - who were born seven weeks early in March 2009.
"Brooke didn't tell her obstetrician that she had been to rehab twice while pregnant... Not one member on her labor and delivery team knew she had been using crystal meth during most of her pregnancy," a source said.
Brooke and Charlie - who wed in 2008 - were both concerned that their children would be taken away from them if this was found out. "At that point, Charlie was very protective of Brooke, and didn't say anything because they both had a real fear that the boys would be taken away from them and placed in foster care. Brooke was also extremely afraid of being criminally charged with child endangerment because of her drug use while pregnant, so nothing was said to anyone," the source added.

Nicole Scherzinger thinks that people "lose themselves to relationships."
The X Factor beauty - who split from Formula One racing pro Lewis Hamilton in June, ending their five-year relationship - finds that people often invest more than they should in their partner instead of living for themselves.
"Through the heartache it's been liberating. People lose themselves to relationships. You're living for the other person, putting so much in that you have to take a step back. Do things for yourself," she said.
Nicole wants to achieve more in her career before she settles down and has children because she plans to raise her children herself, like her mother Rosemary Elikolani did. "I definitely want kids - but not for a few years. My kids are going to be raised by me, the way my mum raised me. So I need to get my stuff out - albums, world tours, movies - and then try to do that," she added.

Simon Cowell will face a $50,000 penalty if he goes near Lauren Silverman's son Adam.
The 54-year-old music mogul will be subjected to a hefty fee if he is in contact with seven-year-old Adam - whom his girlfriend had with her former husband, Andrew Silverman - due to a clause in the brunette beauty's divorce agreement with property developer Andrew. According to TMZ.com, although the agreement will only last until January 2015 if Lauren - who is currently pregnant with her first child with Simon - violates the clause three times she will lose contact with the child until a court is able to intervene.
The settlement also states that Andrew has a legal obligation not to rubbish Simon - who had an adulterous relationship with Lauren - and must make sure other people don't trash the businessman in the presence of his son. In addition, Lauren and her former spouse both agree that Adam should only refer to either of them as "mother" and "father," and the wealthy real-estate owner agrees to pay Lauren $3,000 a month in child support.

Charlie Sheen is selling Brooke Mueller's house.
The Anger Management actor - who has repeatedly slammed his ex-wife as they battle for custody of their four-year-old twins Bob and Max - doesn't want his former spouse living in the same gated community in Los Angeles where both he and another of his ex-wives, Denise Richards, have homes and is willing to offload the property at a bargain price for a quick sale.
According to gossip website TMZ, Charlie paid $4.8 million when he bought the house and is willing to sell it for the same amount. Under the terms of their divorce settlement, Brooke - who was seen house hunting in Beverly Hills earlier this week - would be entitled to half the profit from any sale, meaning she would be left with nothing.
At present, Brooke's brother, Scott Mueller, has temporary guardianship of Bob and Max after their previous carer, Denise, said she could no longer look after them as their behavior was putting her daughters at risk.

Alec Baldwin's accused stalker has been sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Genevieve Sabourin, who is on trial for stalking and harassing the former 30 Rock star, was charged with being in contempt of court in Manhattan, New York yesterday morning after she repeatedly heckled a doorman from Alec's building and her own lawyer. The judge ordered that the French-Canadian actress, 41, be jailed for constantly shouting at witnesses during their testimonies after issuing her a warning on Wednesday, after she shouted at Alec and accused him of having a "lying disease" when he denied her claims that they had sex after a dinner date in 2010 and also met in 2002, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Sabourin argued she had a right to speak out in court because she sometimes has trouble understanding English.
During yesterday's proceeding, Sabourin was also accused of threatening to wage a "massive destructive war" against Alec, worse than his bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Kim Basinger, if he didn't pay for her to move to New York to live with him.

Simon Cowell's girlfriend is due to give birth to their son in New York City on February 28.
The X Factor boss and Lauren Silverman have reportedly booked a delivery room in one of the most exclusive hospitals on the east coast of the U.S., so her mother, Carole Sandland, who lives in Florida, can be on standby and fly up to help her care for her first child with the British star. A source told the MailOnline website that Lauren's mother will help her adjust to the newborn, as Simon, 54, will need to continue to travel to Los Angles and London regularly for work.
The decision to have their baby in NYC isn't surprising since Lauren's eight-year-old son, Adam, whom she shares custody of with her ex-husband, Andrew Silverman, who she divorced in August, attends school in the city.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are seeking couples counseling.
The couple, whose four-year marriage has been rocked by allegations he cheated on her and has been battling an addiction to crack cocaine, have reportedly been visiting a prominent Beverly Hills therapist in a bid to iron out their problems.
"It was very emotional; they spoke about all of their issues. Khloe still loves and cares about him, but healing will take a long time," a source said. An insider also revealed that Lamar, 34, is "doing so much better," as he is "clean and has gained 20 pounds."
The couple put on a united front for the first time in months at Khloe's mother Kris Jenner's 58th birthday party last week. "It was just close family and friends. Lamar and Khloe are actually getting on very well and were couple-y together. It was very intimate and everyone was really pleased to spend time with them," a source revealed.
