Celebrity Rehab alum and former porn star Mary Carey, who was advised to leave the sex industry by Dr. Drew Pinsky, is making her big return to adult films. The way she’s doing so is…rather shocking.

According to TMZ, Carey is starring in Celebrity Pornhab with Dr. Screw. As you might have guessed from the title, this skin flick satirizes the VH1 show where Mary Carey first came to mainstream media attention (Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew).

Carey appeared on the first season of Rehab and later returned to Dr. Drew’s care in Celebrity Rehab: Sober Living. Dr. Drew often encouraged Carey to stay away from the porn industry, as he felt the environment surrounding the business might cause Mary to abuse substances.

It seems that Carey, however, is no longer following doctor’s orders. Also according to TMZ, Drew has already responded to this news via Twitter. He’s quoted as writing, “for those of you wondering about my feelings about Mary Ellen Cook’s [Mary Carey’s] choice to mock : Res ipsa loquitur. Makes me very sad.”
