Mischa BartonMischa Barton refuses to pay her former sobriety coaches. The former The O.C. actress turned handbag designer was ordered to pay Doctors' Choice Nursing (DCN) $95,000 for services they provided her in 2009, but she claims she is not responsible for the outstanding bill as she didn't hire the team to look after her.

A default judgment was entered against the 27-year-old star in 2011 after she failed to show up in court when the company filed a lawsuit to recoup the money owed to them for helping her to stay sober. But Mischa's lawyer argued in court on Thursday that her mother hired the sobriety nurses and therefore she ran up the bills so the actress isn't responsible for them, according to gossip website TMZ.com.

The Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain actress is fighting the default judgment and her lawyer pointed out that the owner of the DCN failed to notify Mischa directly about the mounting bill, saying it didn't make sense if they thought she was responsible for paying it. The owner claimed that she didn't want to add to Mischa's stress, as it was the nurses' job to keep her sober before an important acting role in 2009, the same year that she was starring in The Beautiful Life and was legally held in hospital under psychiatric observation.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica BielJessica Biel "feels more secure" since marrying Justin Timberlake.

The Hitchcock star - who married the "Cry Me A River" singer, 32, in front of more than 100 close friends and family at the plush Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia, Italy, last October - is willing to make bolder choices, especially when it comes to fashion, because she feels more confident now that they are married.

The 30-year-old actress's close friend and long-time stylist told People.com, "I definitely think any woman changes after [she gets] married. I feel like she feels more secure and safe on the planet having found her partner. It's not 'should I do this or should I do this?' It's like 'Okay, great!'"

Former 7th Heaven star Jessica recently opened up about being married to the "Suit & Tie" singer and admitted it feels amazing: "It feels like nothing's changed, and yet, everything's changed. It's like that intangible thing, you can't quite put your finger on it. But I guess the idea of having a sort-of partner in crime, and the word 'husband,' is pretty amazing."

Kate Middleton and Prince WilliamBritain's Prince William is reportedly studying videos of how to change diapers. The prince and his wife Duchess Catherine are preparing for the arrival for their first child in July, and William is determined to be a hands-on dad.

William is also keen to interact with his unborn child and tries to make time every day to sing to it. The source added to Now magazine, "He read somewhere it's never too early to start talking to your baby and he's taken the advice to heart even though it's not due until July. Kate thinks it's adorable. He's even been telling their bump some of the old stories his mother Princess Diana used to make up for him and Harry when they were kids. It's become an almost daily ritual for William to chat to her bump and sing a lullaby or song."

Jim Sheridan and Colin FarrellJim Sheridan admires how Colin Farrell turned his life around. The Seven Psychopaths actor checked into rehab in 2006 after his partying got out of control and director and close friend Jim admits Colin was on course to become the "next mess up" before he got clean.

Speaking at the eighth annual Oscar Wilde: Honoring the Irish in Film party at Lost producer J.J Abrams' Bad Robot Productions in Santa Monica on Thursday, Jim told BANG Showbiz, "Colin is impressive, not just as an actor but as a person. We all know he had his ups and downs and there was a time when he was going to be the next mess up but he left it all behind him and became a great lad."

Jim also believes it is the 36-year-old actor's likeability that has helped him bounce back and says everyone can relate to his problems. "In Ireland we admire Daniel Day Lewis and respect Liam Neeson but somewhere inside us we love Colin, because we're just waiting for him to f**k up you know. We're just waiting for him to fall in the s**t and be like us. 'Talent and good looks help when you're trying to make it in the entertainment industry, Colin has them in spades. Deep down he is such a great guy and it comes across on screen, he has that charisma that just comes across. The first time he was ever on screen he was a star. You see it."
