Charlie Sheen wants to "mentor" Lindsay Lohan.
The Anger Management actor - who became close to the troubled actress on the set of the comedy Scary Movie 5 last year - believes he can save the actress from self-destructing because he has battled similar problems with addiction and legal issues in the past.
The 47-year-old star told gossip website TMZ.com, "I have a kinship with somebody [Lindsay] who clearly needs a mentor, whether she wants one or not. She can continue to hang out with her dress shredding club buddies, or turn to me for some advice from a guy who's been down the road as well as every other side trail on the journey. If she listens, she'll win. If she doesn't, that's on her."

Green Day Ignored Warning Signs

Billie Joe Armstrong's bandmate wasn't surprised by his public meltdown last year that led to him going to rehab for 30 days. Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt has revealed the group ignored warning signs that the 41-year-old "Basket Case" singer was struggling to cope with his addictions to alcohol and drugs because they were too busy.
"We all turned a blind eye to it - 'Everyone, deal with your own s**t.' Because we were working so hard," he told Rolling Stone.

Jamie Lynn Spears has announced her engagement to Jamie Watson, her boyfriend of three years.
The 21-year-old revealed the happy news to her followers on Twitter when she posted the links to two photos on her Instagram site, one with her new fiance and another of the stunning diamond ring. Referring to the ring, she wrote, "He did good!"
Fans were quick to respond with their messages of support for the actress-and-singer, the younger sister of Britney Spears. One admirer said of the ring, "This ring is amazing!! So so beautiful, obv has a good eye! Congratulations (sic)."
This is Jamie's second engagement, after her on/off relationship with Casey Aldridge, the father of her four-year-old daughter Maddie.

Kristen Stewart is being "patient" with Robert Pattinson.
The 22-year-old starlet and the British actor are taking an amicable break away from their relationship while he films his new western movie The Rover in Australia, and although the actress is unhappy about their separation, she is reportedly willing to wait for him no matter how long it takes.
"Kristen is really missing Rob. Regardless of their romantic relationship, they are still really good friends. That is something that won't change. Kristen is not ready to say goodbye to this relationship and will do whatever it takes to make it work. She is just being patient and spending a lot of time with her mom. Her mom has been very supportive and just keeps encouraging her to be true to herself and to keep things simple," a source said.
According to E! News, the Twilight Saga star was thrilled when her 26-year-old on/off boyfriend of four years got in touch with her recently and they are now in contact on a regular basis. "She is counting down the minutes until he is home. He loves her, but he wants to work, too - which is understandable," the insider added.
‘Modern Family’ Get Stuck in Elevator

The cast of Modern Family were trapped in a cramped elevator together on Friday. Actress Julie Bowen, Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, were relieved after being rescued by fire fighters from the Kansas City Fire Department after being stuck for an hour with a number of other people in the confined space.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, the actors were on their way down from their hotel rooms to a charity event for the Boys & Girl Club at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel when their elevator, which was full of people, broke down. Although the group's appearance at the fundraiser was delayed, they made the most of the situation by snapping funny pictures of their ordeal and posting them on Twitter as they waited for fire fighters to free them.

Michael Sheen and Rachel McAdams Split Over Future Plans

Michael Sheen split from Rachel McAdams because they had "different visions for the future." The Midnight in Paris co-stars were reported to have ended their two-year romance earlier this week, and insiders say it is because the pair want different things from the future.
"Rachel wants to settle down and is dreaming of having a family. Michael always seemed content with their relationship. Since he already has a daughter he feels no need to have more children. He wants to focus on his career," a source told People.
Michael - who has 14-year-old Lily with ex-girlfriend Kate Beckinsale - and Rachel, 34, are still on good terms, but were unable to reconcile the differences in their relationship. "They still have some contact and are friendly. They tried to work things out, but at the end they just couldn't agree. It caused some frustration and they thought it was better to go separate ways," the insider added.

Jennifer Lawrence Plays Cupid for Bradley Cooper

Jennifer Lawrence is trying to find Bradley Cooper a girlfriend.
The 22-year-old actress has forged a strong friendship with the 38-year-old actor - who has previously dated stars including Renee Zellweger and Zoe Saldana - since they worked together on Silver Linings Playbook and she is doing her best to help him settle down with a nice woman. "I feel like all I've been doing lately is setting him up," she said.
However, she is finding her efforts exhausting and has decided to give Bradley a shortlist of her friends, including pictures, so he can pick the ones he likes. "I was like, 'You know what? I'm going to save time, I'm going to get you a booklet of pictures of my friends and you just go through and pick them out. Because this is getting exhausting for me," she joked to MTV.
The Oscar-winning beauty and Bradley's relationship has been the subject of much scrutiny, but she insists there is nothing romantic between them: "He's more like my brother."
Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has been branded a liar after claiming she suffered a concussion from her car accident last June.
The 26-year-old troubled starlet - who is set to go on trial on March 18 for violating her probation after allegedly lying to police about driving her Porsche when she crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway last summer - was in no state to be questioned by police at the time because she had a head injury, according to her New York attorney Mark Heller, who was labelled ''incompetent'' by Judge James Dabney yesterday.
But law enforcement officials told gossip website RadarOnline.com, "The doctors who treated Lindsay on the day of her car accident last summer didn't diagnose her with a concussion. She suffered no injury to her head whatsoever. She did have bruised ribs, and she was very sore, but that was her only significant injury. Lindsay had a CT scan of her head, neck, and spine and there was no injury. Not only that, but Lindsay went back to work after leaving the hospital. For Mark Heller to claim that Lindsay had a concussion is an absolute and blatant lie. When she was questioned by cops at the emergency room, she wasn't denied any medical attention because of them."

Jesse Tyler Ferguson Plans New York Wedding

Jesse Tyler Ferguson will marry in New York this summer.
The Modern Family actor - who proposed to his boyfriend Justin Mikita in July but only announced it in September - wants to tie the knot in the city because it supports gay marriage.
"We wanted to get married in New York, because that's where it's legal, so we want to support the state that's in support of us. It will take place in a beautiful loft space. It's so nice -- I can't wait to see it all done. The guest list is around the 200 mark -- which to me seems big -- but people are telling me it's not that bad," he said.
Jesse, 37, and 27-year-old Justin - who have been dating for two years - hope their union will eventually be considered official everywhere in the United States, where current marriage status between couples of the same sex is different from state to state.

Kanye West Warns Kim Kardashian Against Nude Pregnancy Shoot?

Kanye West reportedly doesn't want Kim Kardashian to pose for a nude pregnancy photo shoot. Although the reality TV star - who is due to give birth to her first daughter with Kayne in July - is apparently keen to recreate Demi Moore's iconic Vanity Fair cover shot, her partner wants some things to be kept private.
"It's something Kim has wanted to do for years. She thinks it would be really classy - something she could keep as a souvenir forever. But Kanye believes some things should be kept private. And he has made it clear to Kim in no uncertain terms that he doesn't want her posing nude and showing off her baby bump to the world," a source said.
The 35-year-old rapper is said to want his 32-year-old partner to be "less publicity hungry" and step out of the limelight as he looks to build his dream family. "She knows it may be her last chance of being on the cover of some of those magazines, which normally turn their nose up at her. But Kanye wants her to become more respectful and less publicity-hungry. He has dreams of the kids going to the finest schools and universities. He's come up from humble beginnings and he sees this as opportunity to build a dynasty," the insider added.
