Who would be perfect to play Aly Michalka’s sister on Hellcats? How about her actual sister AJ? The other Michalka will join the series on Tuesday as Deirdre, a girl Marti meets while searching for clues about her father.
Marti Perkins (Aly Michalka) will find Deirdre at a record store and eventually put the pieces together to make the connection that they’re actually sisters. The revelation leads to some heartbreaking information about Marti’s father. Aly and AJ co-starred together in Disney's Cow Belles, and they front a musical duo named 78violet.

Hellcats: Dan’s Return May Cause Catfight Scratch Fever

Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Drama, Prime Time, The CW, Gossip,
The girls of Hellcats got catty on Tuesday night’s episode “Fancy Dan.” As the title suggests, this installment marked the return of Dan Patch (Matt Barr), who’s been MIA since the “Think Twice Before You Go” episode that aired back in December.
Fans were reminded right away that Hellcats coach Vanessa Lodge (Sharon Leal) actually has a fiancé, though we can’t remember the last time we saw him. We also learned that he’s in the Army Reserves... and, he’s just been deployed. This new development violently shoved the date of their wedding into the very near future, and Vanessa was forced to confront her unresolved feelings for football coach Red Raymond (Jeff Hephner).

Hellcats Stars Speak Out Again Teen Violence

The stars of Hellcats - Alyson Michalka (Marti Perkins), Ashley Tisdale (Savannah Monroe), Robbie Jones (Lewis Flynn) and Matt Barr (Dan Patch) - made the above video to speak out against youth violence and to send a very personal message to one of its victims.
Tyler Wilson, 11, joined an Ohio cheerleading program because he thinks the skill will help him get to college…but some of his peers didn’t think it was such a good idea. Wilson endured lots of teasing at the hands of his school mates, but one day it all became much more sinister. Wilson was allegedly attacked after school, physically lifted by another student and thrown on the ground.
