It took both Lil John and Mark McGrath to hold the Loaf back. You can see his entire meltdown in the video above. Somewhere, Gary Busey is still quivering in fear.

A new year means a new TV schedule.

This week, we’ll see a number of familiar faces returning to primetime. On Monday, Brad Womack will play The Bachelor for a second time on ABC. The following day, Paula Abdul will come back to reality television with while Jane Badler will once again be featured in a series titled V.

As you will see from the schedule, Hellcats won’t be the only show airing on a new day. The Defenders will move to Fridays as will . Meanwhile, NBC has shuffled its Thursday night comedy lineup around.

We hope our detailed guide -- with information from the five major networks -- can assist you in the weeks to come. We’ve included the days, times and return/premiere dates for the midseason programs.

MONDAY (11/22)

  • Rules of Engagement (CBS, 8:30 P.M.): "A sheepish Jeff asks coworkers to sponsor Audrey's 10K charity run after he's told them not to include him in office fundraisers." To be clear, he didn't want shell out money for things he'd have to eat.
  • Two and a Half Men (CBS, 9 P.M.): "Charlie spends money wildly for his old lover Courtney, who returns after spending three years in prison." Spending money on a woman who can finally relate to him? Priceless.
  • Skating with the Stars (ABC, 9:11 P.M.): "The series opener of an ice-skating competition that pairs celebrities with professional skaters. Contestants include Vince Neil, Bethenny Frankel and Sean Young." That is one motley crew.

MONDAY (10/25)

  • Little People, Big World (TLC, 8 p.m.: "Matt has a large replica of Noah's Ark brought to the farm, despite Amy's protests." At least he'll have something to sleep in.
  • Gossip Girl (CW, 9 p.m.): "Jenny returns to the Upper East Side when she gets a chance to meet Tim Gunn (appearing as himself)." Taylor Momsen together with Tim Gunn? This concerns me.
  • The Real Housewives of Atlanta (Bravo, 10 p.m.): "Mired in marital problems, NeNe looks to cheer herself up---through plastic surgery." So Kim slept with a woman and NeNe got a nose job. Big deal, call it a day, keep it moving.

Season premieres: 90210, Gossip Girl, The Nate Berkus Show, Oprah

  • 90210 (CW, 8 p.m.):  Season premiere. “A deadly earthquake strikes Beverly Hills.” This explains what happened to the Peach Pit.
  • Little People, Big World (TLC, 8:30 p.m.):  “Matt and Zach embark on a father-son road trip in an attempt to mend their broken relationship.” A reconciliation is as likely as the show being renewed.
  • Hoarders (A&E, 9 p.m.):  “A woman’s home is caving in from the weight of garbage piled up to the ceiling.” The good news? The cave-in created additional storage space underneath the house.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason-Bethenny Frankel is now a newlywed, a new mother and a record breaker. Last night’s premiere of Bethenny Getting Married? had the largest audience for any new series on Bravo…ever.

-Speaking of the housewives, it looks like The Real Housewives of New Jersey may be losing one. According to a report, Dina Manzo will be announcing her exit next week.

-NBC appreciates actors who smell like men. The network has signed that Old Spice guy (a.k.a. Isaiah Mustafa) to a talent deal. Be looking for him to ride in on a white horse in the future.

-Will the Peacock network be making a deal with Lindsay Lohan as well? Donald Trump is reportedly interested in booking Linds for the next edition of Celebrity Apprentice.

Even though he’s still experiencing some headaches and having difficulty moving his lower extremities, has plenty of reasons to smile.

On today’s broadcast of Oprah, the musician - who was admitted into the hospital in April for a brain hemorrhage - says the scary ordeal has given him a new perspective on life. “The only thing that matters right now is taking care of my family and my kids and thanking God I’m still alive to talk about it.’”

Bret MichaelsAlthough it hasn’t even been two weeks since Bret Michaels was released from the hospital, the musician already has a packed schedule.

According to the 47-year-old’s website, Michaels - who had been receiving treatment for a brain hemorrhage - is currently preparing for dates on the road and on television. A May 28 concert at Biloxi’s Hard Rock Live will first be preceded by a May 19 appearance on Oprah. A potential stop in New York for the finale on May 23 is also a possibility.

“[Bret] turned out to be a real fighter,” Donald Trump told Access Hollywood. “I wasn’t sure about Bret when I first met him. I wasn’t sure. People had different thoughts. He’s turned out to be a highly competitive guy who everyone liked.”

Custom Built - Michael’s upcoming album - will be released on June 8. He will reportedly remain on tour through December.

  • Unwrapped (Food, 8:30pm):  “Included: a huge jawbreaker that takes three weeks to make.” And only two seconds for your child’s dentist to cash in.
  • 24 (FOX, 9pm):  “Jack Bauer goes rogue to discover who’s behind the day’s despicable events.” A strategy that could have come in handy…even a few hours ago.
