Tim Cook is set to take the stage for the WWDC 2012 keynote to reveal iOS 6, Mountain Lion, new Macs, and possibly more. Apple will surely make the video available later today for all, but if you want some hints as to what he'll be talking about this morning, check out his interview from the D10 conference. Tim talked with Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher for over an hour about Apple products and strategies, and leaves some interesting hints by what he says--and what he doesn't say. Watch AT&T’s CEO spin a positive light on sucky SF and NYC service

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Smartphones, Corporate News, Videos,

AT&T Mobiliy President and CEO Ralph de la Vega was interviewed at the D9 conference, mostly focusing on AT&T's current service, as well as their hopeful acquisition of T-Mobile. First iPad Apple tablet review

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Apple, Handhelds, Rumors, Videos,

Oh, we knew the Apple tablet / iPad / iSlate would be good, but we didn’t think it’d be this good. Walt Mosspuppetberg got his hands on an iSlate, and has been using one for a couple of years as it’s gone through its various development cycles. He finally breaks his silence with this review, stating that “this is probably the most completely perfect product to ever be released.”

Wednesday’s Apple tablet event can’t come soon enough!

3G iPhone launching within 60 days

In the above video, the main throwback into gadget news, Walt Mossberg, mentions that the will be 3G sometime in the next 60 days. Now we know, we talk about analysts making such claims all the time, but in case you didn’t know, Walt Mossberg is pretty much the guy that gets to play with all these things first. Before anyone else in the industry we mean. So when he throws out a claim like this, we are of the opinion that the grain of salt that you need to take it with is a lot smaller than all the other guys. Oh, and this goes along with our story that Apple may have placed the order for 3G iPhones, and the fact that iPhones seem to be sold out at a bunch of Apple Stores. It just makes sense.

The question is, once a 3G version of the iPhone is made available from Apple, are you buying?

EDIT: Mossberg has since said his comment was just based on the speculation that we all are under, however, that said - it’s Walt. You know this guy is under NDA. Even if it was prediction-based, rather than a slip of the tongue, the evidence is all around us.

Early iPhone Review Roundup

Alright kids, we know it hurts, but Walt Mossberg, David Pogue, Steven Levy, and Edward Baig have all had their units for a couple of weeks now, and the embargoes were lifted earlier today. So what does all that mean? We have the first four iPhone reviews available for public consumption, and they all pretty much leave us with the same feeling - the iPhone is definitely a game changer, and is an amazing experience. However, the fact that it is on EDGE instead of 3G HSDPA sucks, and the software keyboard takes a few days to get used to. Of course, that is a very, very short summary. All in all though, Apple looks to have another winner on it’s hands. You can check out the reviews at the following links:
