Wednesday Ratings: Daisies Gets a Little Push from Obama

Although Barack Obama was the most watched person over the five major networks (a combined 26.3 million watched him on CBS, FOX and NBC), Game 5 of the World Series was the most-watched event on one network last night. And while it still lagged behind the political infomercial, Pushing Daisies did get a nice bump from bored voters.

• Approximately 9.8 million watched Barack Obama on NBC (3.0/8 in 18-49).
• CBS (2.3/6) took in 8.6 million for the political spot.
• FOX had 7.9 million (2.8/8) watching the infomercial on its network.
• The New Adventures of Old Christine (7.6 million, 2.2/6) lost 400,000.
• Pushing Daisies (6.8 million, 2.2/6) rose by 1.1 million.
• America’s Next Top Model (3.9 million, 2.0/6) was off by 500,000.
