“So I slept with a woman. Big deal. Call it a day. Keep in moving.”
Sorry, Lisa Wu Hartwell. Based on the drama seen in this new Real Housewives of Atlanta preview, it doesn’t really look like you’ll be missed next season.
When the juicy Bravo hit returns this fall, we’ll meet two new cast members: a model (Cynthia Bailey) who’s “only been engaged three times” and an entertainment lawyer (Phaedra Parks) who’s reportedly married to a criminal. Meanwhile, we’ll get more catfights between (thanks NeNe and Kim!), a lesbian relationship, an arrest and a troubled marriage. (Can we say buh-bye to D.C. already?)
Season 3 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres October 4.

TV Talk: Lower Numbers for Entourage, Longer Episodes for Project Runway
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Award Shows, Comedy, Daytime, Prime Time, Reality, Bravo, Cable, CBS, HBO, NBC, Entourage, The Office, Ratings, Rumors,
-Enthusiasm for the men of HBO was down this summer. Viewer numbers for the Sunday premieres of Entourage and Hung were down 25% and 13% respectively.
-Would you be enthusiastic to watch The Office without Steve Carell? The NBC star thinks his eventual exit could bring a “dynamic change” to the comedy.
-Change will also be coming to Project Runway. The Lifetime reality program will expand to 90 minutes per episode when it returns on July 29.
-Expect more drama ahead for The Real Housewives of Atlanta. According to a report, NeNe Leakes - who recently had a nose job - is splitting from Greg, her husband of 14 years.
-The soon-to-be canceled As the World Turns nabbed three Daytime Emmys for acting over the weekend. The Bold and the Beautiful won for Best Drama.
New Addition Named for Real Housewives of Atlanta
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Prime Time, Reality, Bravo, Gossip,
When we last left the ladies of Atlanta, Sheree was pretending to be a fashion designer, Kim was telling everyone she once maybe had something kind of like cancer, Lisa was threatening to put the wigged one in her place, NeNe was looking for a new home and DeShawn was being booted from the show.
Although it was rumored Tameka Foster would be the newest member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, that is no longer the case. (Did her recent trip to Brazil somehow get in the way?) Single mother Kandi Burruss will now be joining the four other drama queens for Round 2.

Real Housewives Takes on Atlanta
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Prime Time, Reality, Bravo, Cable, News,

Apparently ‘real housewives’ exist everywhere…
An announcement made by Bravo today had me intrigued yet thoroughly confused at the same time. Just two months after teasing us with news about The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the cable channel has already made plans to dissect the ladies of another city: Atlanta. Does this mean Jersey is no longer a go?
According to the network’s press release, the series will follow “five women from Atlanta’s social elite from NBA and NFL wives to sassy single moms as they juggle their burgeoning careers and busy home lives with the whirl of the south’s hottest city.”
