TV Chef Brings London to L.A.

Gordon Ramsay, star of Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares (both on FOX, one also on the BBC) opened his new restaurant, The London, last week. The restaurant is the impetus behind the fourth season of Hell’s Kitchen - the winner of the show will become the senior sous-chef of the high-brow eatery.
Jeff Probst (host of Survivor), Khloe Kardashian and David Beckham were among the celebrity guests in attend Hell’s Kitchen is famously located near Las Vegas…so why didn’t Ramsay open up there? “I don’t want to play my card in Las Vegas. It’s materialistic. Here, it’s proper. I’m very happy to be here. Everything is in abundance in California.”
This season’s winner of Hell’s Kitchen will not only gain the coveted job, but a $250,000 annual salary to go along with it. The finale will air July 8…until then, the winner remains out of The London’s kitchen.

Paris Hilton Behind Bars? Not Likely

After being sentenced to 45 days in county jail by Los Angeles courts, Paris Hilton (party girl, heiress, reality star, model) did what anyone in her position would do – she started to fire people who work for her. After arriving in the courtroom ten minutes late, Hilton tried to give the judge an excuse that didn’t go over too well – “it wasn’t my fault – it was my publicist’s!” Poor Paris – all these people that work for her, and none of them bothered to explain that you can’t drive on a suspended license. Reminder: Hilton is 26 years old.
