Thursday Ratings: CSI’s Loss is Anatomy’s Gain

William Petersen’s departure from CSI brought the show’s numbers back to Earth. As a result, the Alphabet network had the best demos of the evening. Unfortunately, ABC’s lucky streak probably won’t last long. We’re now just weeks away from the premiere of Survivor: Tocantins.

• Approximately 10 million (2.9/8 in 18-49) welcomed Bones to its new Thursday time slot.
• NCIS* (2.2/6) pulled in 8.6 million.
• Ugly Betty (2.4/7) turned in 7.5 million.
• My Name is Earl (6.5 million, 2.6/8) was down 600,000; Kath & Kim (2.2/6) registered 4.9 million.
• Smallville (3.8 million, 1.6/4) was off 500,000.
