E! Campaigns to Help You Save a Show

Fan campaigns have been known to change TV line-ups in the past (most notably Star Trek), so why not now? E! Online is offering very detailed instructions for fans who want to save , Chuck, Life Unexpected, One Tree Hill or Parenthood.

E! Online, E! News and Daily 10 will give fan messages directly to network heads, so if you want to save your favorite show, take to Twitter and start making things happen. (Make sure to use the hash tag #SOS plus the show’s full name in your tweets.)

Another Veronica Mars Cast Member Joins Heroes

Francis Capra joins Heroes cast

As always, much has been said here and there about the upcoming, much-anticipated season of Heroes. Thankfully, Kristin over at E! was able to throw us a bone this past week.

She confirms that former Veronica Mars star Francis Capra has signed on for at least three episodes on NBC’s hit show as a thug… with (of course) a power. Sad but as always, Kristin (nor anyone else for that matter) is keeping his power under wraps.

Many fans of Veronica Mars are excited to see Capra and former co-star Kristen Bell on the small screen again. E! does confirm that the pair will share at least one scene together.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Deals With Another Family Emergency

Jennifer LopezAccording to E! Online, another performer has had to make a last minute schedule change.  , who was to pretape a performance on Tuesday, had to step up her plans due to a ‘family emergency’.  Instead of forcing the producers to find new talent, Lopez apparently recorded her song tonight.

This would be the second Tuesday in a row the DTWS results show had a singer deal with a family issue.  Gloria Estefan canceled her performance last week because her mother suffered an intestinal rupture.  Two weeks before that, Jane Seymour was absent due to the death of her mother.  No further details were given regarding Jennifer Lopez’s situation.

This poll really has had some impact in the past, so cast your votes—five out of six shows from previous years have been saved. You can make a difference! The show that receives the most votes will be announced on April 13th.
