There aren’t many men who can laugh about being the “most hated man in the world,” but then most men aren’t able to deceive Sandra Bullock - and most others - for so long.
During Jesse James’ upcoming interview with Nightline, the 41-year-old admits he “took a pretty amazing life and amazing success and marriage ... and threw it away.”
But what does Jesse have to say about all the compliments Sandra Bullock showered on him during awards season? And what about those mistresses—did he consider them “love affairs”? Find out when James’ chat with Vicki Mabrey airs next Tuesday at 11:35pm.

American Idol 9: Top 3 Results
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Music, Prime Time, Reality, FOX, American Idol, Features, Video,
American Idol’s Top 3 results show began with a montage of clips from the preceding performance night and footage of the contestants visiting their home towns. Only two of them will make it to the star-studded season finale, where one will be crowned the ninth in a long string of American Idols. Along with the title, they will win a coveted recording contract and lasting reality TV fame.
With so much at stake - and Justin Bieber in the house - the show began with a ton of energy. Forty-seven million votes were tallied to bring us the results, which were (as always) tacked onto the end of an hour-long commercial-fest…with a few performances thrown in.

Even though he’s still experiencing some headaches and having difficulty moving his lower extremities, Bret Michaels has plenty of reasons to smile.
On today’s broadcast of Oprah, the musician - who was admitted into the hospital in April for a brain hemorrhage - says the scary ordeal has given him a new perspective on life. “The only thing that matters right now is taking care of my family and my kids and thanking God I’m still alive to talk about it.’”

Glee: The Twist, The Sing-Off and The Guests
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Music, Prime Time, FOX, Rumors, Spoilers, Video,
Tuesday’s episode of Glee, “Dream On,” was explosive in many little ways - and it’s what everyone’s talking about after several hours of prime time TV.
The episode inched us ever-closer to the Regionals competition, where feature glee club New Directions will go head-to-head with the more successful Vocal Adrenaline. Neil Patrick Harris and Idina Menzel were among the long line of guest stars, but arguably the night was won by Joss Whedon. The director has been a main topic of Twitter discussion since it was announced he would direct the episode, and now the Gleeks are filled with praise for his management of the popular show.
Twitter and FOX forums also lit up with praise for Neil Patrick Harris, the episode’s very fun dance number and the amazing twist - though, some are still scratching their heads over the development. Many are taking the twist at face value, but some are still searching for devious plots meant to wreck the glee club’s chances at the all-important Regionals competition.

American Idol 9: Top 3 Perform
Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Music, Prime Time, Reality, FOX, American Idol, Features, Video,
Ryan Seacrest began Top 3 week by announcing the home town of each of the remaining Idols. The three finishers have the honor of singing it out to make it to the show’s prestigious Top 2, a season finale extravaganza which will culminate in the crowning of another American Idol.
The Top 3 won the chance to go home at the end of last week’s results night, where Michael Lynche was eliminated in fourth place. There was no mentor for the week and not much of a theme, either. The contestants and the judges selected tunes from a large Idol grab-bag of former hits.

The Cape Trailer Premieres, Disappoints
Posted by Robin Paulson Categories: Action, Drama, Prime Time, NBC, Heroes, Editorial, Internet, News, Video,
NBC’s Heroes replacement, The Cape, recently premiered its full-length trailer. While I may not have agreed with where Heroes ended up, at least its initial premise beat this one’s: good cop gets framed and is left for dead; guy is found by a clandestine group who trains him to be a superhero; superhero fights crime.
One might say that it’s to be expected, it’s a superhero series. True, but isn’t that what we have comic books for? In our current world of Lost theorists and Fringe fanatics, it’s easy to see that viewers want more complex stories with quickly (but slowly) unearthed mythologies. While I can’t say much considering it’s just the trailer (which you can view after the jump), all I’m saying is that the trailer isn’t selling me, and I’m thinking that this alone may be better than the pilot.
Will I watch it? Of course—what else will be left with all these cancellations lately?
And as much as I love her, and as much as I hate saying this… I’m willing to bet that Summer Glau will be out of a job (again) by the end of the year.

Can Facebook Get Betty White an Oscars Gig?
Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Award Shows, Comedy, Late Night, Music, Prime Time, FOX, NBC, Saturday Night Live, Internet, Video,
When Betty White says, “Type, nerds!” - nerds type.
Approximately a week after the 88-year-old joked (?) in an NBC promo about getting a gig on the Academy Awards (watch the second clip), her Facebook fans got back to work.
Now there are pages devoted to having White host the Oscars and/or the 2010 Emmys. Oh - and there’s even one campaigning to get the actress on Glee.
A little tired of the Golden Girl overkill? Well, then maybe you can throw your support behind another comedienne. Nearly 79,000 people have already become Facebook fans of “Carol Burnett to Host SNL (PLEASE?)!”
