Justin Bieber

recently had girls staying up late for his appearance on Saturday Night Live. Now, he’s going to have them up bright and early for a different NBC-related performance.

On June 4, the teen singing sensation will have girls screaming in Rockefeller Plaza for his musical appearance on the Today show. Bieber is just one of several hot acts that have been booked for the program’s 15th annual concert series.

Other names scheduled for the “Toyota Concert Series on TODAY” include Sting, Katy Perry, Carrie Underwood, Lady Gaga, James Taylor and Carole King. For a full list of dates, click here.

  • How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8pm):  “Ted attends his mom’s wedding and is troubled by her affectionate relationship with the groom, which prompts Ted to make an impulsive decision regarding his life.” He needs to stop stringing women/fans along fast and find that other “mother"of his.
  • House (FOX, 8pm):  “Wilson begins anew with an ex ().” Unfortunately, random visions of a man named “Hugo Reyes” keeps diverting her attention.
  • Romantically Challenged (ABC, 9:30pm):  Series premiere. “Lawyer and mom Rebecca (Alyssa Milano) re-enters the dating scene after a 15-year marriage and looks to her clueless friends for advice and support.” I believe the last thing any girl wants to do is help Alyssa Milano find a man.

Bosom Buddies-Bosom Buddies Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari will be reuniting once again on television. The former costars will appear on the upcoming TV Land Awards when their comedy is honored. Donna Dixon, Thelma Hopkins and Holland Taylor will also be present. The ceremony will air on April 25.

-Memories of Captain Phil Harris helped garner big numbers for the return of the Deadliest Catch. The show’s Season 6 premiere drew in the program’s biggest audience ever (4.6 million viewers).

-Rickey Minor, American Idol‘s current musical director, will take over where Kevin Eubanks leaves off. Jay Leno’s music man of 18 years officially announced that he will leave The Tonight Show on May 28. Minor will begin his stint on June 7.

-Rielle Edwards, the mother of John Edwards’ love child, has booked her first television interview. Although she’s had conversations with Barbara Walters, the woman with the crazy hair will be sitting down with Oprah Winfrey. An air date has not yet been announced.

Although the cast members of have not yet begun working with Betty White, they have nothing but great things to say about the Golden Girl.

“I’ve been a fan my entire life, so I’m extremely excited,” Kristen Wiig told the New York Post about their upcoming guest host. Bill Hader seconded Wiig’s enthusiasm. “I’m gonna be really starstuck by her,” he stated.

SNL alum will return to the series this Saturday (April 10), where she says she will once again impersonate former Alaska governor Sarah Palin.

Since SNL is live, there’s no guarantee that a skit will make it all the way to the broadcast…but chances are pretty good that the series will poke fun at the politician again. With Fey on the line-up, a Palin skit is truly irresistible.
