Bruce Jenner Not Leaving ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’

He might be changing his looks and separated from Kris, but Bruce Jenner isn't saying goodbye to starring on reality TV (not yet, anyway).
Reports that he might be doing otherwise have surfaced today, prompting the former Olympian to release a statement confirming his continued participation of his family’s reality show: "The reports of me quitting Keeping Up With The Kardashians are completely fabricated. I'm currently shooting season nine and look forward to season ten and any future seasons. I love working with my family."
Rumors of his departure were rooted in gossip that Bruce wanted to get out of the spotlight.
His estranged wife Kris was the first to object to the news: "This story is completely made up. We are filming daily with the entire family including Bruce and look forward to filming season 10 in January!"

CW Renews ‘Supernatural,’ ‘Vampire Diaries,’ and ‘Arrow’

With the success of its shows Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, and Arrow, it's no surprise that The CW has announced an early renewal of their veteran series' seasons for the 2014-2015 TV season.
Next season would mark Supernatural's tenth, Arrow's third, and The Vampire Diaries' sixth. The network - which tends to favor programming geared towards a younger audience - also renewed rookie series The Originals and Reign.
"This season we've had great success with our new hit series The Originals paired with Supernatural, giving us our best Tuesday nights in years... The Vampire Diaries is No. 2 in its time period in the young adult demos, and with Arrow continuing to gain among young men, and Reign growing its time period, we now have strong nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series and let our fans know they’ll have more great drama to look forward to next season," CW president Mark Pedowitz said.
The network has yet to decide whether it will renew its other veteran series Beauty and the Beast, Hart of Dixie, and The Carrie Diaries.

Matthew Morrison wants Simon Cowell and One Direction to make cameo appearances on Glee.
The singer-and-actor thinks the band - which includes Zayn Malik, 21, Harry Styles, 20, Louis Tomlinson, 22, Liam Payne, 20, and Niall Horan, 20 - could join the comedy drama as students attending McKinley High School in Ohio. "We have been so fortunate to have some great cameos, and to have One Direction on would be great for the show. They are not much older than High School age so we could have them as students. And I am sure the younger female cast members wouldn't object to their presence either," Matthew said.
The 35-year-old actor and his co-star Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester) are also hoping for media mogul Simon - whose reality show X Factor helped catapult the band into the spotlight in 2010. "Both mine and Jane Lynch's dream cameo is Simon Cowell. So maybe the boys could bring their manager. It would make great TV seeing Sue Sylvester and Simon Cowell go head to head," he explained.

‘Psych’ to End After Current Season

USA is pulling the plug on its longest-running original series, Psych.
The detective dramedy's current eighth season - which premiered earlier in January - will be the series' last, with the final episode set to air on March 26. “Psych has made an indelible imprint on the television landscape, with a unique brand of comedy... The final season celebrates the iconic characters that have made this show so beloved, and will be an exclamation point on the series’ incredible run," said USA Network president Chris McCumber.

Netflix Orders ‘House of Cards’ Third Season

Things are going well for Netflix's production team. Even before airing the political drama's second season, the entertainment rental company has greenlit its third season - despite originally planning it for only two!
House of Cards - which stars Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright - will now run lon ger than producers planned, with both Netflix and the showrunners in agreement over the extended adjustment. The series was the first of Netflix's original content - subsequently followed by Orange Is the New Black and the return of Arrested Development - and based off a British series of the same name.

Nicollette Sheridan Granted New Trial

Nicollette Sheridan has been granted a new trial in her case for wrongful termination from Desperate Housewives.
The actress' initial legal battle against ABC, Touchstone and series creator Marc Cherry - who was excused from the suit mid-trial - ended in a split jury in March 2012, prompting the judge to declare a mistrial.
Nicollette - who alleged her character Edie Britt had been killed off after she complained to network executives that Cherry had hit her during an argument about a scene in 2008 - later had an appeal rejected, with the California Supreme Court ruling that the trial judge should have issued a directed verdict in favour of ABC because she wasn't actually fired but had not had her contract renewed. The court advised her to refile the suit on the basis the California Labor Code had been violated, but Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Stern rejected the petition, stating she should have filed within six months of the incident. However, Judge Stern has now ordered a new trial, though it is unclear why the decision has been made.

Kim Kardashian wants North West to star on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The 33-year-old beauty was catapulted to the spotlight alongside her famous family on the reality show and it is said she wants her seven-month-old daughter - her child with fiance Kanye West - to join the series.
"[Ryan Seacrest] personally reached out to Kim and asked her to consider allowing North on the show, even in just a limited amount. Kim really wants to put North on the show. Viewers and fans of the show want to see Kim interact with her daughter, and how she is as a mother," a source said.
However, rapper Kanye isn't keen on the idea and reportedly "shuts down" the topic of conversation whenever it's brought up. "Kim has always been an open book with her fans, but once Kanye came on the scene, that all changed. Kanye shuts Kim down whenever she brings it up. [He] doesn't want his daughter ever to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He thinks reality television is tacky, and doesn't want North on display. He will be very happy when Kim is done with the show," the source added.

+ Not surprisingly, Lindsay Lohan hasn't made things easy for her latest project - a reality show set to air on Oprah Winfrey's OWN network. When asked about the progress of the show, the famed TV mogul said that "there have been bumps" with filming.
+ With the disappointing series finale of Dexter, fans of the crime thriller will be pleased to know that Showtime president David Nevins is - despite some reluctance - hinting at a spin-off starring Michael C. Hall, who portrayed the eponymous anti-hero.

Harry Styles for Kardashians Reality Show?

Harry Styles is considering appearing on Keeping Up with the Kardashians because of Kanye West.
The One Direction hunk had told girlfriend Kendall Jenner he had no interest in taking part in her family reality show but after her persuasive mother and manager Kris Jenner intervened and pointed out that her other daughter Kim Kardashian's famous fiance had been on the program, he is now reconsidering his stance.
"Kris has always seen her children's relationships as business opportunities, so she wanted him on the show. She insisted Kendall talk to him about it and has made great inroads, explaining what a great opportunity it could be for him. Kris pointed out how Kanye was reluctant to do it, which has certainly influenced Harry. He has a lot of respect for Kanye. Harry is now considering making a small appearance, perhaps just in one episode or even a trailer. After all, his band was created for The X Factor," a source said.
