Wednesday Ratings: FOX Wins An Easy Fight

A field full of repeats didn’t stand much of a chance against FOX‘s latest powerful lineup.
8pm
- American Idol (25.3 million, 9.9/26 in 18-49) sent 1.5 million viewers home.
- Wife Swap (5.8 million, 2.2/6) made a slight improvement.
- The New Adventures of Old Christine* (1.4/4) averaged 4.9 million over the hour.
- Crowned (1.2 million, 0.5/1) lost a little of last week’s sparkle.

9pm
- The+Moment of Truth (17.9 million, 7.8/19 in 18-49) was off 5.3 million from last Wednesday.
- Law & Order: Criminal Intent (8.9 million, 2.3/6) saw a 500,000 bump.
- Criminal Minds* (8.8 million, 2.2/5) declined by 4 million.
- About 8.5 million (3.3/8) caught up on a Lost* rerun.
- One Tree Hill* (940,000, 0.3/1) couldn’t catch a break.
10pm
- Law & Order (11.1 million, 3.1/9 in 18-49) was up 800,000 over last week’s numbers.
- CSI: NY* (7.3 million, 1.9/5) saw a loss of 4.7 million.
