Wednesday Ratings: CBS Has a Nice Comeback

Although FOX was once again a winner on Wednesday night, the returns of two CBS dramas helped put a small dent in their opponent’s numbers.
8pm
- The Moment of Truth (4.1/12 in 18-49) ended its current season with 10 million.
- Deal or No Deal (2.0/6) was a close second with 9.3 million.
- Big Brother (6 million, 2.2/7) did the same as last week.
- Wife Swap (5.7 million, 2.0/6) slumped by 600,000.
- America’s Next Top Model (4.1 million, 1.9/6) was up approximately 17%.
Variety
9pm
- American Idol (24.3 million, 9.1/23 in 18-49) slid by 1.1 million.
- Criminal Minds (3.4/9) returned to 12.8 million.
- Supernanny (5.8 million, 2.3/6) had the same audience as a week ago.
- Law & Order: Criminal Intent* (5.3 million, 1.4/3) saw a 800,000 decrease.
- Girlicious* (1.6 million, 0.7/2) was down just a tad.
10pm
- CSI: NY (12.8 million, 3.6/10 in 18-49) easily won its hour.
- Law & Order* (6.5 million, 1.9/5) did half as well as its competitor.
- Men in Trees (5.5 million, 1.5/4) remained steady with last Wednesday.
