Tuesday Ratings: CW Has a Miserable Night

- Approximately 29.3 million watched American Idol (10.8/28 in 18-49) and sang along to Beatles’ tunes.
- NCIS* (8.6 million, 1.5/4) took a 2 million hit.
- The Biggest Loser (7.7 million, 2.9/8) plunged by 1 million.
- Just for Laughs (4.7 million, 1.2/3) was off by 200,000.
- The debut of Beauty and the Geek (1.9 million, 0.9/2) saw a 44% drop from the show’s last premiere.

- Big Brother (5.9 million, 2.1/5 in 18-49) had 800,000 less gawkers.
- According to Jim (4.9 million, 1.5/4) catered to 700,000 fewer viewers.
- One Tree Hill (2.5 million, 1.1/3) reached a season low.
10pm
- Law & Order: SVU* (9.4 million, 3.0/8 in 18-49) had the same sized audience as last week.
- Primetime (7.5 million, 2.8/8) was up 1.1 million.
- Jericho (5.9 million, 1.9/5) also turned in a repeat performance.
