Monday Ratings: No ‘Dancing’ For ABC on Monday

With powerhouse Dancing With The Stars now gone, Monday night’s ratings were fair game. Last night CBS and NBC had a share of the spoils.
8pm

- A Charlie Brown Christmas (3.1/8 in 18-49 demo) averaged 9.3 million Peanuts fans.
- A new episode of Chuck (3.2/8) drew about 8.4 million.
- A House* repeat (2.7/7) still scored 8.3 million.
- How I Met Your Mother* (2.2/6) rounded up 6.59 million; The Big Bang Theory* (2.5/6) saw 6.77 million.
- Everybody Hates Chris (1.89 million, 0.8/2) and Aliens in America* (1.59 million, 0.7/2) were both down from last week.
9pm
- A Two and a Half Men* repeat (4.0/9 in 18-49) topped the hour with 12.32 million. Rules of Engagement (3.4/7) followed up with 10.43 million.
- The Heroes ender (11.1 million, 5.0/11) had the night’s best demos.
- Without DWTS, Samantha Who? (2.9/6) dropped 40% to 7.53 million. Notes from the Underbelly (5.5 million, 2.3/5) lost 33%.
- About 4.82 million watched a new episode of K-Ville (1.5/3).
- Girlfriends* (0.7/2) closed off the hour with 1.74 million; The Game* (0.8/2) did slightly better with 1.87 million.
Programming Insider
10pm
- A CSI* repeat (10.1 million, 2.8/7 in 18-49) remained strong in its hour.
- About 6.5 million saw the special Monday-night episode of Life (2.5/6).
- October Road (5.25 million, 2.2/5) lost about 750,000 from last week.
