Monday Ratings: House Stops CBS’ Dominance

A change of night didn’t keep viewers from getting their House fix. The show’s move to Monday not only weakened CBS’ comedy stronghold, it provided a nice lead-in for 24. The drama combo then gave FOX wins in both the viewers and the demos.
8pm
- House (14.9 million, 5.4/13 in 18-49) had its largest audience of the season.
- The Big Bang Theory (11.1 million, 4.0/10) lost 700,000; How I Met Your Mother (10.8 million, 4.5/11) gave up 1 million.
- The Bachelor (9.9 million, 3.5/8) also reached a season high.
- Superstars of Dance (6.4 million, 1.7/4) was tripped up by 700,000.
- Gossip Girl (2.2 million, 1.0/3) sadly hit a season low.

- Two and a Half Men (16 million, 5.4/12 in 18-49) fell by 1.1 million.
- 24 (12 million, 4.1/9) did about the same as last week.
- Worst Week (9.6 million, 3.0/7) sunk by 500,000.
- One Tree Hill (2.6 million, 1.2/3) was down a 1/2 millon.
10pm
- CSI: Miami (14.5 million, 3.7/10 in 18-49) subtracted 1.2 million.
- True Beauty (5.9 million, 2.7/7) shaved off 600,000.
- The finale of Momma’s Boys (4.9 million, 1.8/4) picked up 300,000.
