Friday Ratings: Viewers Take a Vacation

On this 3-day holiday weekend, the viewers - and the networks - decided to take a little time off.
8pm
- Ghost Whisperer* (1.5/5 in 18-49) averaged 5.5 million over two hours.
- Most Outrageous Moments (1.4/6) whipped up 4.9 million.
- FOX‘s Cheaper by the Dozen (4 million, 1.4/5) did 1.2 million better than last week’s airing of Dodgeball.
- A Grey’s Anatomy* block (1.2/5) roped in 3.9 million.
- Friday Night Smackdown (3.3 million, 1.2/4) fell by 700,000.

- Dateline (5.9 million, 1.6/5 in 18-49) picked up another 1.6 million.
10pm
- A repeat of Numb3rs* (7 million, 1.7/6 in 18-49) was the night’s most-watched program.
- 20/20 (4.8 million, 1.4/5) slipped by 1.4 million.
