Although most shows saw lower numbers on Halloween night, CBS didn’t spook viewers away. In fact, the network - which dumped The Ex List last week - did even better thanks to a repeat of NCIS. Meanwhile, Lipstick Jungle‘s performance on NBC Friday looked downright scary. The program was down 35% from its last Wednesday outing.

• Ghost Whisperer (9.4 million, 2.2/8 in 18-49) was off by 600,000.
• Deal or No Deal (5 million, 0.9/4) gave away a million.
• Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (4.6 million, 10/4) lost 1.1 million.
• Wife Swap (3.6 million, 1.1/4) fell by 600,000.
• Everybody Hates Chris (1.3 million, 0.5/2) and The Game (1.2 million, 0.6/2) both sliced off 500,000.

• NCIS* (11.2 million, 2.3/8 in 18-49) almost doubled Ex List‘s numbers.
• Don’t Forget the Lyrics (4.6 million, 1.3/5) was down by a million.
• Supernanny (4.2 million, 1.3/4) whittled away 900,000.
• Crusoe (4.2 million, 0.8/3) plummeted by 1.7 million.
• America’s Next Top Model* (1.1 million, 0.4/2) did about the same.

• Numb3rs (10.6 million, 2.3/8 in 18-49) grew by 1.5 million.
• 20/20 (6.9 million, 1.7/6) shaved off 600,000.
• Lipstick Jungle (3.2 million, 0.9/3) didn’t have Life-sized ratings.
