On Gear Live: 2025 Mercedes G-Wagen AMG G 63 Review: The Classic SUV Finally Hits Its Peak

Although Barack Obama was the most watched person over the five major networks (a combined 26.3 million watched him on CBS, FOX and NBC), Game 5 of the World Series was the most-watched event on one network last night. I was starting to feel like this day would never come. The day when only six remained on America’s Next Top Model 11. Just as a reminder, the girls chosen to represent America in Amsterdam were Analeigh, Elina, Marjorie, McKey, Samantha and Sheena. Did anyone manage to embarrass us on their first day there? We’re big fans of this whole Internet thing, and we think it’s gonna continue to change the face of television in the next 12 months. Case in point, the ginormous , which many critics said would fail before it was even in beta. Of course, now, Hulu has proved itself an enormous success, celebrating its one-year anniversary just yesterday.

So, why the Hulu love today? Well, it just so happens that last week, they posted the Season Premiere of . However, that show, subtitled “Do-Over,” isn’t premiering on television until this evening. So, if you used Hulu, you would have had the opportunity to see the entire show, with limited interruption, a week early. Of course, if you prefer your TV in high definition, then you would have have to tune in tonight for that luxury. We’ve embedded 30 Rock: Do Over above - enjoy!

In a highly presidential fashion, democratic White House contender bought up thirty minutes of network TV time (on several stations, no less) to directly address the American public he hopes to win over. It was all very State of the Union - and incredibly politically savvy. But did his message strike a chord with viewers?

Replete with clips of Obama’s more moving speeches and statements from fellow Democrats along with high-ranking CEOs and others, the half-hour infomercial put Barack right into the living rooms of U.S. voters. There was no stage, there were no other candidates jockeying for position or good sound bites; there was no or John McCain. It was, all in all, one of the best aspects of the entire campaign season thus far.

If Heroes’ flash forwards have you yearning for the mysteries of , you’re in luck.

This intriguing promo for the 2009 season hints at the reunion we all suspect will come. It also leaves with several other questions: What drives the Oceanic 6 to finally go back? Why is Hurley wielding a gun? Where are Kate and Aaron planning to vacation? Why didn’t the remaining castaways drown when their island disappeared? Arrggh!

Melrose Place

A few months ago, it became very “in” for Hollywood to start creating sequels for 80s- ad 90s-era movie series we believed to be long dead. Now, television seems be on the brink of a new trend: 90s TV, revisited. The CW seems to be following one basic theory: hey, it’s working for .

Now, the minds at the network are brewing up another remake/continuation that Aaron Spelling fans are sure to enjoy: Melrose Place, the second time around. Details are sketchy, but a rep for the station has confirmed something is brewing to bring this prime-time drama back to life.

Dancing with the Stars' Cloris Leachman and Corky Ballas

Last night on , the remaining seven competitors each performed two dances. After completing their individual numbers, the couples then all gathered for a group hip hip number.

By night’s end:

  • Two competitors (Cody and Maurice) suffered noteworthy drops from their recent season highs.
  • Warren got his third 25 of the competition after the Rumba. That’s a mark he has not yet been able to beat.
  • Lance, who was scolded last week for his West Coast Swing, received a 27 for his Jive. Not only was that his personal best - it was Monday’s best. (Brooke only had a 26 for the Rumba.)
  • Cloris plunged way back into the teens. Although she had been hovering in the 20’s the past two weeks, she only got a 15 yesterday for her Cha Cha Cha.
