Bob Dylan Working on New Album

Bob DylanBob Dylan is working on a new album.

The 72-year-old singer has treated fans on his website bobdylan.com by posting a cover of Frank Sinatra's Full Moon & Empty Hearts, which will reportedly be featured on his 36th studio album.

A spokesperson for the musician told Rolling Stone, "This track is definitely from a forthcoming album due later on this year," which will be the follow-up to Tempest, which was released in 2012.

The song was written by Ted Mossmann and Buddy Kaye and was based around Sergei Rachmaninoff's 1901 composition "Piano Concert No. 2 in C Minor." However, Sinatra made the song famous and Dylan's version can now be streamed on his site.

Kelly Clarkson wants to work with Bruno Mars. The American Idol winner is a huge fan of the "Grenade" hitmaker and would love to work with him on a version of "Somethin' Stupid," a track covered by Frank and Nancy Sinatra in 1967 and by Nicole Kidman and Robbie Williams in 2001.

"I want to recut 'Somethin' Stupid' with Bruno Mars or [country singer] Blake Shelton," she said.

Iggy Pop Wants to Cover Bing Crosby Tune

Iggy Pop wants to celebrate Christmas with his own holiday tunes.

The “Lust For Life” singer has been wanting to add a festive hit to his catalogue and considers recording a Bing Crosby classic every year. “I am a real threat to cover ‘White Christmas’. I’m ready, cocked and loaded,” he said.

The 62-year-old rocker also revealed he that he’s a big fan of Frank Sinatra and has plans to fulfil a long-held ambition to record his own versions of some of the crooner’s hits.

“I’ve always wanted to beat up ‘Willow Weep for Me’ and there’s ‘Only the Lonely’ - that’s the title track of my favorite Frank Sinatra album,” Iggy added.
