Big BoiBig Boi is planning to reunite Outkast in 2014. The rapper has been speaking with bandmate Andre 3000 about getting back together to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik - released in 1994.

In an interview with Power 106 radio in Los Angeles, he explained, "We been kind of discussing some things. Once we map it out, we'll make an announcement. But we'll see."

We started out at 15, 16 years old. We made our first album when we were 17 years old. Twenty-five million records later, seven Grammys, I feel great," he explained.

The "Hey Ya" hitmakers released six albums in the span of 12 years. Their last record, 2006's Idlewild, reached number two on the US Billboard album charts and was certified platinum.

Daft PunkDaft Punk have signed a new record deal. The French dance duo - Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo - are rumored to be releasing their first album in eight years in May after inking a deal with Columbia Records.

The "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" hitmakers returned to the studio last year to begin work on a fourth studio album - a follow-up to 2005's Human After All - with disco producer Nile Rodgers.

Speaking about the sessions, Nile said, "All I can say is those guys are geniuses and to think that after all these years we've been trying to get together, they just show up at my apartment in New York City and the vibe between us is so powerful and so strong - it's unbelievable. Spiritually and artistically working with them was as good as anything I've ever done. It's as great as being in a studio with [David] Bowie, it's great as being with Bernard Edwards, and it's as great as the best stuff I've ever done with Duran [Duran] or Madonna."

Justin TimberlakeJustin Timberlake is to make his live return with at a pre-Super Bowl party.

The 31-year-old star - who hasn't released a record since 2006's Future Sex/Love Sounds - made a sudden chart reappearance earlier this month with "Suit & Tie," a collaboration with Jay-Z, and is now set to perform at the DTV Superfan Stadium in New Orleans for DIRECTV Super Saturday Night show on February 2, an invite-only event which will benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children. The concert will mark Justin's first public performance in five years.

The singer-and-actor will release his third solo album, The 20/20 Experience later this year, and recently admitted he hadn't expected to release any new material when he returned to the recording studio last summer. In an open letter to his fans, Justin wrote, "So, here goes: This year is an exciting one for me. As you probably have heard through the 'grapevine,' I'm gearing up for a big 2013.  Back in June of last year, I quietly started working on what is now, my next journey with that thing I love called MUSIC. The inspiration for this really came out of the blue and to be honest, I didn't expect anything out of it. I just went into the studio and started playing around with some sounds and songs. It was probably the best time I've had in my career... Just creating with no rules and/or end goal in mind and really enjoying the process."

Snoop LionSnoop Lion has been accused of becoming a Rastafarian for profit.

The rapper - who changed his name from Snoop Dogg last year after becoming immersed in the Rastafari movement during a visit to Jamaica - has angered members of the community who believe his new-found spirituality as a gimmick to promote his upcoming reggae album and documentary, both titled Reincarnated.

Bunny Wailer, a former member of Bob Marley and the Wailers, has accused Snoop of "outright fraudulent use of Rastafari community's personalities and symbolism" and claimed the 41-year-old star has failed to meet "contractual, moral and verbal commitments," of their way of life according to website TMZ. Rights group Rastafari Millennium Council also expressed their upset with the "Drop It Like It's Hot" hitmaker - whose name change to Lion is thought to be inspired by the Lion of Judiah, a symbolic figure in the Rastafarian culture - in a seven-page letter addressed to the star.

Lady GagaLady Gaga still has "a lot of work left" to do on her ARTPOP album.

The "Judas" singer is preparing to release her third full length album - rumored to be a double - after her Born This Way Ball world tour wraps up in March. Producer and collaborator Zedd, who has been working on tracks with Gaga, told MTV news, "We've been working on it for over a year now. There's still a lot of work left, so we're definitely gonna work on this project for the next month. I did about 10 ideas, and they were all between almost finished songs up to the piano. And then when we were on tour together in Asia for almost two months, we had a lot of time to go back and forth and pick the ones we really like and work on them. But they're still all really rough - it could be five, it could be 10."

The US leg of the Born This Way Ball kicked off earlier this month and came to the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, where Gaga delivered a typically flamboyant show, with some 12 costume changes and elaborate stage sets including a meat grinder, her castle and the singer emerging by birthing herself from a inflatable belly flanked by fishnet-clad legs. She also talked about her past as a go-go dancer and how her friends used to strip in order to pay their college fees. "I'm really just one of the highest paid strippers in the world, naturally," she told the crowd.

Harry Styles and Taylor SwiftTaylor Swift has allegedly penned five news songs about Harry Styles.

Despite the "I Knew You Were Trouble" hitmaker only splitting from the One Direction stud last week, the singer has already channelled her anger into brand new songs about her short-lived romance with the 18-year-old womanizer.

"Taylor writes music in the same way that other women chat to their friends on the phone. It's been how she deals with her emotions for most of her life. Harry and Taylor only dated for a short time but there were very strong feelings, so it's been a tough comedown," a source said.

The 23-year-old country starlet is famously open about her string of A-list exes - who include John Mayer, Taylor Lautner and Jake Gyllenhaal - in her lyrics, but refuses to reveal which of her former flames each song is about, with the exception of her candid hit "Dear John."
