Eminem Records With Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga and Eminem

Eminem has recorded a track with Lady Gaga.

The "Love the Way You Lie" rapper has written a new song, "Street Lights," with the singer, which also features New York rapper Kendrick Lamar. "Yeah, I got this crazy record with Gaga and Kendrick for the upcoming LP. Its called 'Street Lights', and its just a real upbeat record," Eminem told MTV.

When asked whether it would be a single, Eminem replied it "definitely" would, but it will be released after the debut by hip-hop supergroup Slaughterhouse, which is coming out on his Shady Records label. "We don't have a release date yet, but it'll be after Slaughterhouse's album," he added.

Eminem has previously insulted Gaga on the track "A Kiss" from his Bad Meets Evil collaboration with Royce Da 5'9'', rapping the line, "Tell Lady Gaga she can quit her job at the post office / She's still a male lady." He later played down the incident, saying, "That was one of them things where sometimes I get a joke in my head and I kinda want to share it with the world. You know, it's all in fun, it's hip-hop."

It is unclear whether "Street Lights" will appear on Eminem's new album, Gaga's recently announced new record ARTPOP, or if it will just be a one off single.
