Lindsay Lohan Worried About The Canyons Nude Scenes

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan is worried about shooting nude scenes in The Canyons.

It was announced earlier this week the troubled actress is to appear opposite a male porn star in the film - about five twentysomethings' quest for power, love, sex and success in modern Hollywood - but she is cautious about appearing naked.

"Lindsay and her team are concerned about the nudity that is involved. Lindsay would be required to do full frontal nudity, and the sex scenes are very, very graphic," a source said.

The 25-year-old star has already posed naked for Playboy magazine, but her team says when it comes to being nude on film, it is a different matter: "Yes, Lindsay has posed nude for Playboy, but she needs to make sure she is comfortable with it, and this is something she can handle as an artist. It's expected that Lindsay will sign the contract in the next two weeks, as filming begins at the beginning of July."

Quote of the Day: Charlize Theron on Nude Scenes

Charlize Theron in Snow White and the Huntsman

"I am very good with side nudity. I tend to find that's probably my best kind of nudity. Back is a little too much back; I need an angle. I like angular nudity. I can do a small percentage of one side and the other."

Robert Pattinson Refused to Bare All for Cronenberg Film

Robert Pattinson and David CronenbergRobert Pattinson refused to bare all for his new movie.

The British heartthrob stars in David Cronenberg's Cosmopolis, and although he is a huge fan of the director and had promised to do anything he asked, he drew the line at frontal nudity.

"Five minutes before we filmed, David told me, 'I want to see the bottom of your balls on the top of the frame.' At the moment, I reminded myself that I would do anything for him. So I went back to see him and told him that wouldn't happen. He took it really well. At the start, it's a very bizarre scene that you won't see again in another movie, I promise," he said.

While he enjoyed making the movie - based on the novel by Don DeLillo - he admitted he was anxious he wouldn't be good enough for the role: "I spent two weeks in a hotel room worrying and confusing myself."

Noomi Rapace Isn’t Sexy in Prometheus

Noomi RapaceNoomi Rapace insists her role in Prometheus wasn't sexy.

The 32-year-old actress portrays archaeologist Dr. Elizabeth Shaw in the forthcoming movie and though there are scenes where she appears scantily clad, she insists her looks were not the focal point of the scenes.

"I'm running around half naked in a couple of scenes and I never thought about it. Ridley [Scott, director] didn't want me dressed that way for kicks. It's not sexy - just very basic - and it serves the scene. I'm not here to be sexy. Sometimes you can do a sexy part or play a woman who's supposed to be beautiful and then we can do beauty. That's for another movie. But for this movie it was sweat. More sweat, then more dirt. More blood. The make-up artist said it was unusual to ask for more fake blood and sweat, but I loved it."

Noomi enjoyed working with the acclaimed filmmaker on the movie, and said the pair are "kindred spirits." She told the Daily Mail, "He doesn't see it from a man's perspective and at time we were like kindred spirits, sharing the body of the character."

Jason Segel Cut ‘Gratuitous’ Nude Scene

Jason SegelJason Segel cut his "gratuitous" fully nude scene from The Five-Year Engagement.

The actor is no stranger to baring his manhood on camera - having done so in 2007's Forgetting Sarah Marshall - but even though it was his idea to do it again for his latest film, he ultimately decided it was too much.

"I thought of it at the time as a homage to Sarah Marshall, but then when we saw it, it just seemed gratuitous... There's no need for it. People already know what it looks like, and we also couldn't find a lens that was wide enough," he joked to The Huffington Post.

The film's co-writer and director, Nicholas Stoller - who also worked on Forgetting Sarah Marshall - joined in joking about his friend's manhood: "His penis was getting a bit of an ego. And you know what? It hasn't changed much since Sarah Marshall. I'll be honest. It's basically the same."

Nicholas also promised The Five-Year Engagement features plenty of shots of Jason's bottom, and praised his bravado in being prepared to show himself off on camera: "He's never afraid to show flaws or a certain ugliness in the characters that he plays. He's always been like that, since he was a teenager and we started working for him. When we first met him, we were like, 'Yeah, this guy is probably going to become famous, but in a weird way.' He has a weirdness that is more relatable."

Quote of the Day: Carey Mulligan on Nudity, Singing

Carey Mulligan

"It's scarier to sing than to do nudity. Singing is like really exposing yourself. I was playing sort of a singer, so I was pretending to have a talent I don't necessarily believe I have. So singing was quite scary."

Mila Kunis Was Comfortable With Naked Justin

Friends With BenefitsMila Kunis had "no problem" with Justin Timberlake taking his clothes off for their new film.

The pair - who are rumored to be dating - star together in new comedy Friends with Benefits, and while the actress admits some of their sex scenes were "uncomfortable," she says the friendship she has with her co-star helped put her at ease.

"I didn't have any problem with Justin taking his clothes off. But I'm incredibly insecure about my figure in my private life, let alone in front of 50 crew members. There was a lot of insecurity. There were awkward moments, but the great thing was that Justin and I were friends, so at least I was with someone I knew who was also uncomfortable."

Jessica Alba’s Fake Nude Scene

Before picture of Jessica Alba in MacheteAfter picture of Jessica Alba in Machete

If you're a Jessica Alba admirer, you probably already know -- and have been disappointed by the fact -- that she doesn't like to do nudity. That's why a scene in the recent film Machete caused many jaws to drop. Well, prepare to have them dropped further.

Although the actress really didn't (fake) expose more than what we see in magazines these days, that extra amount of skin was actually the result of computer magic. As you can see from the before still on the left, the married mother of one wore a strapless bra and underwear for the moment.

VIDEO: Piranha’s Jerry O’Connell Discusses Full Frontal Scene

When finally hits theaters, rabid fish won’t be the only things capturing our attention.

During an interview with Jimmy Kimmel, – who plays a “soft core pornography mogul” in the film – made a big reveal. “I show frontal,” the married father of two teased.

Should this spoiler lure you into watching the film, O’Connell would like you to know something beforehand. “There may be some issues with the piranha…and my member…maybe,” he warned. Why? Because a “very cold” Colorado River was rushing into the body of water (Lake Havasu) they were filming in.

“So when you see me, it’s very cold water,” he insisted.

If you’d like to gauge that water temp for yourself, the film opens this weekend.

Robert Pattinson on set of Bel Ami

“There’s a lot of my crack in it. I think there’s quite a lot of nudity, but I haven’t seen anything yet and it was very… it’s such a strange story. I mean, I think it will turn out being pretty interesting, but I have no idea about any of it yet.”
