Anne Hathaway on 'Vogue'Anne Hathaway thinks her short hair makes her look like her "gay brother."

The Les Miserables actress - who chopped off her long brunette locks while filming the movie - has revealed she thinks her pixie cut makes her look more masculine despite vowing to keep the style.

According to gossip website RadarOnline.com, the 29-year-old actress revealed at a screening for the movie in New York on Friday she was initially terrified to look in the mirror after cutting her hair but was comforted to see a familiar face. "When I eventually looked in the mirror, I just thought I looked like my gay brother," she said.

But it seems the actress now loves her new shorter hair as she recently told the December issue of Vogue magazine that she plans to keep it: "I love the short-haired lifestyle. I'm turning 30, and - I hope this isn't obnoxious to say - I feel prettier, and much more myself. I guess I just feel much more satisfied with less now."

Victoria Beckham Confesses to Therapy Sessions

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Rants, Rumors,

Victoria Beckham on VogueVictoria Beckham has undergone therapy. The fashion designer - whose 11-year-marriage to soccer player David Beckham has been marred by unsubstantiated claims of infidelity - trusts her spouse completely but feels she needs some help turning her anger into something positive.

"Haven't most people at some time or other? I don't know if I'm balanced or deluded. I don't mean about David - him, I trust completely because we're both such talkers - but I'm quite spiritual. I'd rather turn anger into energy," she said when asked whether she has ever turned to therapy.

However, the 36-year-old star - who has sons Brooklyn,11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz with 35-year-old David - admitted she tries not to care about what people say about her, otherwise she would have been driven to suicide "years ago."

"It's never nice when people write hurtful things and as much as I say I don't see it, I'm not stupid. But I've seen both sides of fame and I realize that it's brought me a lot of opportunities. I suppose if I really cared what people say I'd have topped myself years ago."

Drew Barrymore Talks About Justin Long…Relationship Now Doomed

Posted by Veronica Santiago Categories: Movies, Hook-ups,

Drew Barrymore, Justin LongJust when I thought had finally found someone to grow old with - she had to go and screw it all up.  She actually started talking about it.

Now, it’s not like I’m expecting her to deny her relationship with - that would be like Jennifer Lopez skirting questions about her pregnancy.  But we all know how it goes. The minute one starts talking about their new boyfriend publicly, an untimely breakup usually follows.  And it’s not like Barrymore has had much luck when it comes to significant others.  Let’s name just a few:  first hubby Jeremy Thomas, second hubby Tom Green, Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti, director Spike Jonze and Hole guitarist Eric Erlandson.

So after viewing her recent string of mushy photos with Long, I was really hoping Barrymore would finally get the whole love thing figured out.  Who knows?  Maybe she still could.

Remembering Marilyn Monroe

Posted by K.C. Morgan Categories: Movies, Music, Photos, Editorials,

Lindsay Lohan on the Cover, Lindsay Lohan was the subject of a Marilyn Monroe-esque photo spread appearing in New York magazine. Lohan posed nude for Bert Stern, as did Monroe forty-six years ago.

Here’s the difference: was quite possibly the world’s biggest star at the time of her famed photo shoot. Posing nude was risqué, even potentially dangerous for her career. Monroe’s shoot appeared in Vogue, which in the 1960’s took a whole new approach to publishing by focusing on fashion and elements that spoke to the sexual revolution of the day. Blonde, gorgeous Marilyn Monroe was the perfect cover girl for sexual revolution.

Here’s : Gone from the movie industry for several months and with very few projects in the till, Lohan has to keep reminding everyone she’s a star. She’s got to get her career back on track - quick. Why not simply become a legend…or at least, look like one? By capitalizing on the stardom of Monroe, can Lohan find her own again?

I’m not splitting hairs, here. I mean, honestly I’m a Lindsay Lohan fan. But Lohan is not at all similar (in career, looks, love life or ability) to Monroe. What was incredible in the 60s is totally mundane today. Lohan does look great in the shoot…but can’t we get a little creativity from our so-called stars?
