Since aligning herself with Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has spectacular job making his forget her Joey Potter days. But in the past few weeks, the woman who once shopped with Victoria Beckham has been seen dialing it down a bit. Some would say a lot.
Katie’s most recent fashion contribution? The pegged ‘boyfriend jeans’ look. And while it’s a style the average woman could finally emulate, some consider it a step backwards for Holmes. Just ask Project Runway‘s Tim Gunn.

Tim Gunn Critiques George Bush and Hillary Clinton

On last night’s episode of Late Night with Conan O’Brien, fashion guru Tim Gunn gave his honest opinions on two big political figures: President George Bush and Senator Hillary Clinton.
The Project Runway mentor made a comment on Bush’s ill-advised presidential socks-with-crocs faux pas and then proceeded to call Clinton’s look “man-ish”. He also said her style reflected gender issues. Ouch!
