Justin Bieber is close to reaching a plea deal in his driving under the influence (DUI) case.
The "Boyfriend" hitmaker was arrested in Miami in January and charged with DUI, resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver's license, but all three charges will be dropped if he pleads no contest to reckless driving, TMZ reports.
It was previously claimed the 20-year-old star - who will receive a year's probation as part of the agreement - would refuse a plea deal if it involved being subjected to random drug testing, but the proposal from prosecutors does not include this as a condition.
Justin was driving a rented yellow Lamborghini when police stopped him for allegedly drag racing. Toxicology test results later showed the singer had traces of marijuana and Xanax in his system at the time of the arrest.

Keri Russell enjoyed a romantic date with Matthew Rhys last week.
The 38-year-old actress, who announced her split from husband Shane Deary after almost seven years of marriage in December, was spotted stroking her The Americans co-star's hair as they watched the Steven Soderbergh-directed play The Library in New York City on Thursday night.
A source told PEOPLE.com that the duo, who have been the subject of secret relationship rumours for months, are definitely dating. An eyewitness also said they were very affectionate and held hands during the performance, before leaving the theatre together.
Speculation first began swirling in January that the former Felicity star, who has son River, six, and daughter Willa, two, with her estranged husband, was dating Matthew after they were spotted furniture shopping together in Brooklyn Heights.

James Franco: Lindsay Lohan Lied About Her Sex List

James Franco has accused Lindsay Lohan of lying about having had sex with him.
The 127 Hours actor, who is featured on the star's rumored list of 36 sexual conquests, which also includes Fifty Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan and Justin Timberlake, insists he has never slept with the actress but has written about her and other celebrities in a new poetry book.
"No, I didn't write anything bad about them. And Lindsay herself has told lies about me with her people-she's-slept-with list! So I feel like what I said is much less than what she's said," he said in an interview.
The 27-year-old star reportedly left a list of all the men she has slept with behind in a LA hotel bar after writing it to show off to a group of friends. Although five of the names have still not been revealed, the list includes actor Colin Farrell, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, Zac Effron, Ashton Kutcher and the late Heath Ledger, as well as British stars and entrepreneurs.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding guest list has been revealed.
The reality TV star and her rapper fiance, who will tie the knot in May, have invited Vogue editor Anna Wintour to the romantic ceremony in Paris, after featuring on the controversial front cover of the magazine this month.
According to The Sun newspaper, former chat show host Oprah Winfrey, TV host Ryan Seacrest - who produces Keeping Up with the Kardashians - actor Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, and close friends Beyonce and Jay Z will be attending the nuptials.
The wedding will be filmed for Kim's E! reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, although Beyonce reportedly doesn't want to be featured in the program.
The wedding will be Kanye's first and Kim's third marriage, after she tied the knot when she was 20 to music producer Damon Thomas for four years and later married basketball player Kris Humphries, in 2011, a union which lasted just 72 days.

Kris Jenner has called police about an alleged blackmail plot involving a sex tape.
The 58-year-old businesswoman - who split from husband Bruce Jenner last October after 22 years of marriage - is reportedly being contacted multiple times a day by an individual who claims to have X-rated footage of the Kardashian matriarch, but she insists no such film exists.
According to gossip website TMZ, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies went to the star's house on Tuesday and took a report, which says Kris has been receiving up to 300 phone calls, voice mails and texts a day for the last few weeks from the person who is threatening to expose the compromising footage. Kris also claims the caller has at times changed their story to insist it is actually her daughter Khloe Kardashian - who is in the process of divorcing disgraced sportsman Lamar Odom - featured in the tape.
The brunette beauty - whose daughter Kim was propelled to stardom by an X-rated video she recorded with ex-boyfriend Ray J - previously confessed she and Bruce made their own pornographic movie to "spice things up" between them.

George Clooney has taken his new girlfriend on safari.
The Monuments Men hunk treated his latest squeeze, British lawyer Amal Alamuddin, to an all-expenses paid trip to Tanzania to observe the local wildlife. The new photos obtained by People magazine show the lovebirds kitted out in full safari outfits - complete with wide-brimmed hats, khaki jackets and loose cotton shirts - as they take in the sights, cameras at the ready. One image shows Amal snuggling up to George as he protectively places an arm around her shoulders, while another depicts the happy couple smiling as they pose with a group of locals.

Chris Pine Pleads Guilty to Drunk Driving

Chris Pine has pleaded guilty to drink driving.
The Star Trek actor was fined $93 and had his driver's license suspended for six months during a court hearing at the Ashburton district court in New Zealand today. Chris' lawyer, Marilyn Gilchrist, had applied for the star to be discharged without conviction after claiming he had already suffered emotionally and professionally because of the worldwide negative coverage of his crime. The judge, Joanna Maze, said she accepted Chris was "entirely remorseful" of his actions as he had pleaded guilty to the charge at the earliest opportunity and had complied with the police.
The 33-year-old star was stopped by officers in a "routine operation" in Methven, Canterbury, New Zealand, on March 1 and was arrested after tests revealed his blood-alcohol level was 0.11 per cent, which is over New Zealand's legal limit of 0.08 per cent.
Chris was in the country filming Z for Zachariah and had been out celebrating the end of the shoot, the night before he was arrested.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Set to Wed

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are reportedly planning to marry.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is said to have accepted a proposal from her long-term partner - with who she has children Mason, four, and Penelope, 20 months - and the pair are planning to tie the knot very soon at close friend Joe Francis' luxury five-star Casa Aramara property in Punta Mita, Mexico.
Insiders say Kourtney "finally agreed" to tie the knot with Scott because things between them are "going really well" and she also wants to offer commitment to her partner following the tragic deaths of his mother Bonnie in October and father Jeffrey less than three months later in early January. "Kourtney realized that she's all he has. It's made her see things differently. This is the perfect time for Scott and Kourtney to get married," a source said.
Though the couple are planning an intimate wedding, they won't spare any expense and will splash out $100,000 on round trip private jet flights for their loved ones, as well as $30,000 a night on accommodation.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have set a date for their wedding.
The couple only got engaged in October last year, but are wasting no time in becoming husband and wife as they are reportedly planning to tie the knot on May 24 in Paris, France. The loved-up pair - who have eight-month-old daughter North together - will have their nuptials on a Saturday, but will fly their jet-setting guests in to the romantic city several days before they get hitched, according to Us magazine.
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old reality TV star - who has been married twice before - recently insisted she wanted her wedding to be a small and intimate affair, and she has even been axing friends and family members from the drafted guest list. "We're having a super, super, just small, intimate [wedding] ... as we're going along we're realizing that we just want it to be more small and intimate than people are imagining and thinking," she said recently.
However, the "New Slaves" rapper, 36, has other ideas as he wants to invite lots of famous faces from the world of fashion to their nuptials, including Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci, Karl Lagerfeld and Vogue magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.
Gwen Stefani Names Her New Son Apollo

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have named their third son Apollo.
The 48-year-old Bush frontman confirmed they welcomed a baby boy into the world in Los Angeles on Friday, and they decided to include both of their mother's maiden names in the tot's unusual moniker.
"Welcome Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale 2/28/14. Bowie and Flynn = [our] mothers' maiden names," he wrote on Saturday.
The couple also have sons, Zuma, five, and Kingston, seven, together, while Gavin has daughter Daisy Lowe, 25, with ex-girlfriend Pearl Lowe.
The No Doubt beauty, 44, revealed in January that she was expecting another son.
