Music was in the air Sunday night as the recording industry's finest arrived on the Grammy awards red carpet. Some celebs sparkled in their designer outfits, making our hearts sing. Others wore designs that hit a sour note. But, the trophies awarded on Sunday night were blind to pretty frocks and fancy tuxedos -- so, it's up to us to judge them.

Roberto Cavalli Calls Clooney’s Girlfriend an “Erotic Dream”

Roberto Cavalli thinks George Clooney‘s girlfriend is an “erotic dream.”
According to the fashion designer, Italian beauty Elisabetta Canalis - who has been dating George since last year - is perfect for the Hollywood hunk. “Elisabetta is beautiful and very sensual. She’s an erotic dream for many men. It’s that mix of undeniable beauty and the down-to-earth spontaneity of the girl next door. And I think that’s exactly why she’s successful - a stellar smile in a sweet face, combined with an intriguing, sensual expression,” Cavalli said.
Roberto - who worked with Elisabetta, 31, on his new underwear campaign and is a close friend of George, 48 - believes their relationship is the perfect love story.

Blake Lively Claims She Doesn’t Have a Stylist

During her appearance at the opening of the New York Swarovski Crystallized Concept Store, Blake Lively admitted to selecting her own attire.
“It would probably help if I had a stylist, but I don’t. I enjoy the process. I enjoy scrolling through the shows or fashion magazines and picking looks straight from the runway. I also like to think of things I haven’t done yet. For example, I’ve never worn Cavalli but I saw this dress in a magazine and thought, I think I need to get in on this,” she told reporters.
While I admire that (and her supposed choice in Cavalli), I have a hard time believing that she’s just not crediting her stylist from the show. Call me cynical, but Lively’s name was unknown in the fashion world until Gossip Girl. Was it magic that suddenly gifted her with a great fashion sense?
