Lamar Odom is ready to sign his divorce papers.
The basketball star's wife, Khloe Kardashian, filed court documents to legally dissolve their four-year marriage in December, following months of rumors he was addicted to cocaine and cheated on her multiple times, and he has finally realized he won't be able to win her back.
"Lamar finally gets it, his marriage to Khloe is over," a source said.
The 34-year-old athlete is expected to formally submit a response to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's divorce petition in the next few weeks, after hearing she "adores" her new beau, French Montana. "There was a time when Lamar said he would never give up on getting back together with Khloe, but he recognizes she has obviously moved on. He will tell his attorney to submit a response to Khloe's divorce petition. It isn't expected to be a long drawn out divorce, since there is an iron clad prenup in place," the source said.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Agree to Prenup

Kim Kardashian will get $1 million for every year she stays married to Kanye West.
The couple have signed a prenuptial agreement ahead of their forthcoming wedding this spring, in which Kanye has been very generous toward his future spouse.
"The entire process for the prenup for Kim and Kanye has been extremely easy, and relatively drama free. Kanye didn't even think the couple needed a prenup, and was ready to give Kim carte blanche to all of his financial assets. Yes, he loves Kim that much," a source said.
The source adds drawing up the document was much easier than the last time Kim, 33, married, to basketball player Kris Humphries, in 2011, a union which lasted just 72 days. "There is a huge difference from Kim's prenup with Kris Humphries ... the preparation of their agreement went on for several months. It was long and tedious," the source added.

Charlie Sheen Will Have Pre-Nup

Charlie Sheen will "absolutely" have a pre-nuptial agreement before he marries Brett Rossi.
The Anger Management actor - who has an estimated fortune of $125 million - plans to be "generous" towards the porn star in the event their marriage doesn't work out, though he doesn't think the financial contract is necessary because he sees her as his "soulmate."
"Charlie will absolutely be getting a pre-nup, just in case. The pre-nup will be very generous for Brett, but Charlie has to protect his finances even though he doesn't think the agreement will be needed, because he believes Brett is his soul mate. It's likely Charlie will pay for Brett's legal fees as they work out the details of the pre-nup. For him, this is only a formality. He doesn't think Brett is after his money. This time, it's different," a source said.
Charlie's third wife, Brooke Mueller - the mother of his four-year-old twin sons Bob and Max - received a $500,000 payment when the couple wed in 2008 and $500,000 for each year they were married, as well as $100,000 in relocation feeds and $2.35 million for her share in the actor's Beverly Hills mansion.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian want a prenup.
The A-list couple plan to keep their financial assets separate when they tie the knot and have allegedly decided to sign a prenup. According to gossip website TMZ, the contract was especially important to Kim, who was always advised to be responsible when it comes to her finances by her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian.
Despite their decision to separate their fortunes - with Kim rumored to be worth $40 million and Kayne $90 million - the pair will reportedly set up a joint account for household expenses.
The "New Slaves" rapper proposed to his reality star girlfriend on her 33rd birthday this Monday, hiring out the entire AT&T park baseball stadium in San Francisco and a 50-piece orchestra for the occasion. The romantic rapper is reportedly planning to personalize their upcoming nuptials by writing his own rhyming vows. "This is very special to him and he wants to make sure everything goes down the way he wants it. He's already been writing his vows, too - that's how seriously he's taking it. It's not going to be anything corny. It's going to come straight from his heart and it's going to be real. It's going to rhyme, know that. That's just how he is. But it's going to be deep and once he's done writing them, and saying them to her, he's going to keep it tucked away in his wallet for the rest of his life."

Jennifer Aniston allegedly doesn't want a prenuptial agreement.
Although the 44-year-old actress is worth an estimated $150 million, she is so sure about her relationship with fiance Justin Theroux that she hasn't asked the screenwriter to sign an agreement to protect her assets should they split. "Jen's absolutely adamant about not having a prenup. She told several friends, 'I'm choosing love, not money.' And people are just going to have to deal with it. It's a sweet and romantic thing to do but a number of friends are desperately worried her decision will come back to haunt her one day. No one doubts that this is a true love match and of all of the guys she's been with, everyone's confident he's a keeper. But to lay everything on the line for him seems an unnecessary risk," a source said.
However, Justin is trying to convince the Friends star to draw up a prenup because he doesn't want people to think he is just after her money. "Justin really wants a prenup because the last thing he wants is to be branded a gold-digger. He's got enough self-assurance to not feel intimidated by her fortune and he wants Jen to know that even if the marriage ends he will never take a dime from her. When he first brought it up she was blown away. But Justin has always made a point of paying his own way. Her engagement ring took a huge chunk of his fortune so she's 100 per cent sure he's not after her cash," the source added.

Recovering plastic surgery victim Tara Reid split from her fiance because she didn’t want to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.
The American Pie actress had been scheduled to marry internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann in May after a whirlwind engagement, but called off the ceremony at the last minute, with the German businessman’s father Siegfried Axtmann now revealing it was his insistence on the contract which sparked the end of their romance.
Siegfried - who employs his son in his business, which rents private jets - revealed to German broadcaster RTL Television, “I didn’t want an American court disdaining our family business and have a cuckoo’s egg laid in our nest.”
Michael previously confirmed he and the 34-year-old star split because of “legal reasons.” Just a month before canceling her wedding, Tara had been gushing about her big day and how she would look like a “princess” at the ceremony.
“I’m going to look like a princess. I just picked out the designer - It’s Rani from St. Pucchi, and she’s like the most incredible wedding designer in the world, in my opinion. I want my wedding to look like a wonderland. I want it to blow people away - and also to have a fun energy.”
Mel Gibson’s Wife Files for Divorce

Maybe Mel Gibson and Britney Spears will have now have something new to bond over.
After 28 years of marriage, the Mad Max star’s wife, Robyn Moore, has filed for divorce. The papers were signed on April 9, just before the Easter weekend. According to People sources, Mel was overheard yesterday announcing the news to several parishioners of the church he had built.
Although Robyn had been seen with Gibson recently (she reportedly joined him for Palm Sunday services last weekend), friends say the two have actually been separated for three years. The 53-year-old’s infamous DUI arrest also happened three years ago on July 28.
TMZ claims the two were married without a prenuptial agreement. If that is the case, Robyn, 53, could receive 1/2 of their community property under California state law. As of 2006, her husband was reportedly worth $900 million.
Moore - whose attorney, Laura Wasser, assisted Britney Spears with her divorce - is currently seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 9-year-old son, Thomas. (They also have six other children who are no longer minors.) She is also requesting spousal support and legal fees.
