Jonah HillJonah Hill admits he was "disgusting" to use a homophobic slur.

The 22 Jump Street actor was caught on camera lashing out at a photographer over the weekend but has now apologized for his actions.

In the footage, published on website TMZ earlier today, the actor ignored photographers as he walked through Los Angeles and initially didn't respond when one paparazzo said, "I like the shorts though, bro. They are pretty sexy." Shortly afterwards, he could be heard saying, "Suck my d**k, you f****t."

The 30-year-old star appeared on Howard Stern's radio show soon after the footage was made public to explain his actions. "This is a heartbreaking situation for me... I'm upset... From the day I was born, and publicly, I've been a gay rights activist... This person had been following me around all day saying hurtful things. I played into exactly what he wanted and I said a disgusting word... It's bulls**t and I shouldn't have said that. I'm happy to take the heat for using this disgusting word," he said.

Justin Bieber Sued

Justin BIeberJustin Bieber is being sued by a photographer who says his bodyguard locked him in a restaurant.

Manuel Munoz claims in a new lawsuit that he was taking pictures of the "Believe" hitmaker as he left the SET Nightclub in Miami Beach in January - hours before the singer was stopped by police for drag racing and alleged driving under the influence (DUI) - and was chased by the 20-year-old star's minder Dwayne Patterson into a nearby Subway eatery.

According to the photographer, the bodyguard locked the restaurant door and cornered him in the bathroom, demanding he delete the photos, before trying to "forcibly" remove the memory card and kicking and punching him, damaging his camera in the process.

However, a police report obtained by TMZ shows the photographer made no mention of being punched and kicked, but that he was tripped, causing a "small scratch in his left knee."

Justin BieberJustin Bieber's bodyguard was reportedly arrested today.

The 19-year-old star's security guard was taken into police custody for questioning after being accused of stealing a photographer's camera while the singer was visiting an amusement park in Atlanta, Georgia. A law enforcement source told gossip website TMZ.com that one of the "Heartbreaker" hitmaker's guards got into an argument with the paparazzo and grabbed his camera before jumping into the star's Escalade and instructing their driver to flee the scene. Police officers later returned the camera to the photographer after locating it inside the vehicle that was parked outside the Canadian star's new rental home in the city.

Officers are still deciding whether to arrest the driver in connection with the incident.

Sam Worthington Arrested After Altercation with Photographer

Sam WorthingtonSam Worthington has been arrested for punching a photographer.

The Avatar actor is said to have rushed to his girlfriend Lara Bingle's defense when she was allegedly kicked in the shin by a paparazzo as the couple were leaving Cubbyhole bar in Greenwich Village, New York City. Sam was charged with assault and released on bail for reportedly punching the camera-wielding snapper in the face, and has been set a court date for February 26, the NYPD told TMZ.com.

The photographer, named Sheng Li, was arrested and booked for reckless endangerment, assault and harassment. During the scuffle, the Australian hunk is said to have referred to model Lara as his "wife," shouting at the photographer, "you kicked my wife."

However, a source told the MailOnline, "He would have been speaking figuratively. They are definitely not married, as far as I know." The couple were rumored to have tied the knot during a secret ceremony in Western Australia earlier this year and have been spotted wearing matching rings.

Justin Bieber to Be Questioned About Attack

Justin BieberJustin Bieber will be deposed and questioned about an attack on a photographer.

The "Baby" hitmaker, who is being sued for allegedly instructing his bodyguard to attack Jeffrey Binion and take his camera after he took photographers of the 19-year-old star outside a recording studio in Miami last June, had tried to block the paparazzo's lawyers from interviewing him about the incident but a judge dismissed his appeal, according to documents filed in the city's Third District Court of Appeal last Tuesday.

"Miami Judge Sarah Zabel initially denied Bieber's requests to stop Binion's lawyers from deposing him and asking questions about other incidents involving him and his varied bodyguards' aggressive behavior. Although Bieber's lawyers appealed the judge's rulings, the appeal was denied. Bieber can no longer hide. Binion's lawyers are waiting for a deposition date to be set in Miami," a source said.

The judge also denied the Canadian star's request to stop the public's right to view his scheduled videotaped deposition.

Kanye West Pleas Not Guilty

Kanye WestKanye West has pled "not guilty" after being charged with allegedly attacking a paparazzo.

The 36-year-old rapper - who was caught on film reportedly assaulting photographer Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in July, was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft stemming from the incident last month but did not appear in court for the latest hearing on Thursday, and his lawyer Blair Berk entered the plea on his behalf.

If convicted of both misdemeanors, the "New Slaves" hitmaker could be sentenced to one year in jail.

Speaking outside the court afterward, Ramos' lawyer Gloria Allred criticized the rapper for not being present even though he wasn't legally required to be. "It's just interesting to me that one of the most visible people in the entire world, Kanye West, who seems to love the press when it comes to promoting his music, when it comes to his relationships, especially family relationships, doesn't appear to want to at least come to court," she told TMZ. "I understand that his tour was cancelled so I don't see a reason why he couldn't be here, he certainly had a right to be here today," she added.

Kanye West and photographerKanye West has been charged over allegedly attacking a paparazzo. The 36-year-old rapper - who was caught on film reportedly assaulting photographer Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport in July - has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft.

The paparazzo - who was trying to speak to the star at the time of the alleged attack - filed a lawsuit last month which claimed that "without warning or provocation," Kanye "suddenly attacked, punching and attempting to wrestle the camera from" Daniel's hands after the photographer asked him: "Can we talk to you?"

According to TMZ, the star - who could face up to a year in jail if he is convicted of both charges - will be arraigned on October 10.

An evaluation worksheet previously released by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office stated that the photographer was discharged from the hospital with a contusion and muscle strain but the D.A. was not going to file felony charges against Kanye as there was no "significant injury."

Kanye West to Face Felony Charges?

Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Music, Legal Issues, Rumors,

Kanye WestKanye West could face felony charges for his alleged attack on a photographer at LAX.

The 36-year-old rapper is said to have flipped out at an "aggressive" paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, leaving him with undetermined injuries and the victim wants to press charges.

"Police will refer the case to the D.A.[District Attorney] as a felony attempted robbery and not a battery case. The routine is to go after the suspect for the most serious charge," according to TMZ.

The photographer continued to ask Kanye questions after he told him not to and Kanye is said to have attempted to punch the man, who then fell to the ground, Samir Chantre, a Brazilian jiujitsu instructor who was returning from a flight from Brazil at the time, witnessed the incident and explained, "Five photographers started shooting pictures of him and one of them was over the microphone and was saying stuff to him.
''[Kanye] seemed like he was getting offended."

Rob Kardashian Charged

Rob KardashianRob Kardashian has been charged with petty theft and battery. The reality TV star was charged with one count of each misdemeanor after allegedly attacking a photographer and stealing her equipment in an altercation in Los Angeles in March.

The criminal charges come shortly after the alleged victim, Andra Vaik, filed a lawsuit for alleged robbery and assault over the row, which was sparked by her taking a shirtless picture of him as he worked out at the gym. "While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified," Andra's lawyer said last month.

Rob - who has been struggling with his weight ever since breaking up with singer Rita Ora last December - insists the paparazzo was trespassing on private property in order to get a shot of him. He says he was justified in snatching the memory card out of the camera, with eye-witnesses backing up his claim the photographer was lying in wait in her car in the garage at his West Hollywood gym. Andra filed a robbery report at the time, despite the 26-year-old star insisting he would pay her back.

Alec Baldwin Blames Paparazzo for Altercation

Alec BaldwinAlec Baldwin has blamed the paparazzi photographer for their recent altercation.

The 30 Rock star has been accused of racially abusing retired New York Police Detective (NYPD) G. N. Miller, after he found him staking his Manhattan home on Sunday trying to gain information on Alec's pregnant wife, yoga teacher Hilaria Thomas, 28 - who is being sued by a student. However, Alec insists he didn't abuse the photographer and claims he is the victim.

"This guy was right up in my face as I crossed University Place. I get to the other side of the street, and he bumped into me. He banged into me with his shoulder, because he was right on top of me with the camera. In my mind, it was deliberate. I've had that happen before. It happens sometimes, because they want to bait you, they want you to do something. My wife is pregnant and I'm trying to make sure she has as much peace as possible. Who knows what these people can do? While police were here, you'd figure that'd be an opportune time for this guy to really attempt to tar me in some way. But there was no mention of anything I said to him. No one said anything about me saying the n-word or taunting him or anything. So it was after the fact. He wants to say I used some racial slur against him."
