Miley Cyrus Reveals Why She’s Always Sticking Her Tongue Out

Miley Cyrus sticks her tongue out in pictures because she doesn't "know how to smile."
The "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker can't help but pull her signature pose when she's standing in front of cameras because she feels "awkward" just standing there grinning: "I get embarrassed to take pictures. That's actually the truth. I'm so embarrassed, because people are taking pictures of me, and I just don't know how to -- I don't know how to smile, and just be awkward, so I stick my tongue out, because I don't know what else to do."
Meanwhile, the 21-year-old singer, who has hit the headlines this year for her provocative music videos and controversial performances, admits she doesn't search herself on the internet any more because the negative comments ruin her happiness. "I refuse to Google myself. The minute I stopped Googling myself, you don't imagine what a happier person I am," she explained, speaking on Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013.

Susan Sarandon Avoids Google
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Features,
Susan Sarandon has never Googled herself.
The Thelma and Louise actress is a technophobe and claims she wouldn't even know how to conduct a search for herself on the internet if she did use a computer. "I wouldn't even know how to Google myself. I don't know how to touch a computer," she told The New York Post.
She added that reviews of her work, either bad or good, don't matter to her as she doesn't count them as "real." She explained, "I don't want to know. Even stuff that's really good shouldn't get stuck in your head, because it's not real."
Susan is fronting a new campaign against cyber bullying, and thinks people need more awareness of internet "Trolls" - people who dedicate time to abusing people on the web - and need to be dealt with: "Usually the people that have time to go online and sit there and be negative are such losers. But, of course, you can't understand that when you're a kid."

Sounds like New Moon star Robert Pattinson ought to take some tips from Russell Brand when it comes to Googling himself.
In the video, Pattinson recalls his most outrageous tabloid find, stating that he was pregnant!

Internet Addict Russell Brand
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Movies, Television, Rants, Rumors,
After having beaten his polygamy tendencies, comedian Russell Brand is now recovering over his obsession with Googling himself.
The Get Him to The Greek actor, who admits he has an addictive personality and has previously beaten heroin addiction, said he eventually gave up typing his name into the internet, as he only saw negative things written about himself.
“It’s the most unrewarding, pointless activity, Googling yourself. I’m doing a lot better. It’s like picking a scab. I have gone a few weeks without looking at it and it divorces you from the slurry of casual vindictiveness.”
He also admitted he toned down his performance as host of this year’s MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), after his appearance last year - during which he referred to then-US president George W. Bush as a “retarded cowboy fella” - caused such an uproar.
“Last year at the VMAs there were death threats, so obviously this year it was deliberately designed not to cause anyone any bother, but be funny and confident. There was a very deliberate removal of self-destruction. I didn’t take the risks I’ve taken in the past.”

“The commenters are usually worse than the bloggers. I know what people say about me. [I’ll check online to] see what an idiot I looked like getting lost ... you just Google, ‘Kristen Stewart, lost, directions.’ Or put the date in. I can’t believe I’m giving away how to Google me!”

Maggie Gyllenhaal Admires Kate Winslet

Maggie Gyllenhaal looks to Kate Winslet for parenting skills.
The 31-year-old actress, who has two-year-old daughter Ramona with husband Peter Sarsgaard, is in awe of the way the Revolutionary Road actress raises her two children.
“I try to protect my personal life, and most of all my daughter. But I also recall things people I admire have said in print that have helped me. I’ve thought, ‘Oh, wow, Kate Winslet thinks that way about parenting,’ or, ‘Meryl Streep thinks that about acting.’ So I do also believe that it’s good to let a little bit out.”
Despite wanting to reveal some aspects of her private life to her fans, Maggie is not interested in hearing what people think about her. Referring to internet search engine Google, she explained, “You can’t go and Google yourself. You just can’t. It doesn’t feel good. Just step away from Google, absolutely. How can you ever choose things in your life that will please everyone? The same goes for reviews. I can do work I’m proud of, but then people don’t like it and it just ties you up in knots.”
