The 30 Rock star was leaving the New York City Marriage License Bureau with fiancee Hilaria Thomas when he got into an altercation with paparazzo Marcus Santos.
"He was looking mad. He said, 'Step back, step back.' I said, 'We're moving back,'" Marcus told The New York Daily News. According to the publication, Alec grabbed a second photographer, prompting Marcus to tell him to back off. "I said, 'Don't touch him.' I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming. He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me - one time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way," Marcus added.
"He was like crazy, you know? There was an eruption of mad. ... You're going to get a marriage license, you should be happy. What happened with this guy?" added fellow photographer Goran Veljic.

Chris Brown and Drake Have No Problems

Drake's friend insists there are no lasting problems between the rapper and Chris Brown.
The pair were caught up in a fight at New York club W.i.P on Wednesday night but Meek Mill - who was initially accused of being involved in the row between the stars' entourages - spoke to the "Yeah 3x" hitmaker afterwards and was reassured all was fine. Meek - who attended the club with Drake - told XXL, "I talked to Chris immediately after that, on the phone afterwards, like immediately. There's nothing there, this-that-and-the-third. Chris Brown be in clubs. He be around situations like this. Things get out of hand. That don't mean it's out of hand with me and him or whoever, not even him and Drake."

Rihanna Consoling Chris Brown After Brawl?

The Barbadian beauty is thought to have been the reason for the fight between Chris, rapper Drake and their entourages at New York's W.i.P nightclub - as she has dated both musicians - and sources say she was on hand to look after Chris' cut chin the following night.
"Chris and Rihanna hung out at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club all night and it was clear that she loved the attention he was giving her. Those two have a thing for each other that will never die, no matter what, and they're on their way to really being back together. Chris just adores her. And she tended to him, making sure the gash on his chin from the fight was okay," a source said.
Rihanna originally left Chris in 2009 after he assaulted her, leaving her badly bruised. It was shortly after that time she hooked up with Drake, which started the feud between him and Chris.

Chris Brown Meets With Police

The "Yeah 3x" hitmaker suffered a gash to his chin following a fight at New York club W.i.P on Wednesday night and has now discussed the incident with authorities, but neither he nor his rival are being treated as suspects in the inquiry.
According to gossip website TMZ, Chris met with detectives in New York as a "witness and a victim," and his lawyers later spoke to police to present evidence to show Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors. Drake has also been "cooperating" with authorities, but it is not known if he has spoken directly to police himself yet.

Chris Brown Injured in a Fight With Drake?

Chris Brown has sustained a bloody gash on his chin after an alleged altercation with Drake's entourage.
The "Yeah 3x" hitmaker was reportedly hit by a bottle when his associates clashed with the rapper's friends in a New York nightclub WIP last night, resulting in an altercation which left five people injured.
Chris and Drake have been involved in a long-running feud over Drake's alliance with Rihanna, and unconfirmed reports revealed the "Run It" hitmaker sent a bottle of champagne to his rival's table as a peace offering but it was returned with a note reading, "I'm f***ing the love of your life, deal with it."

Rhys Ifans Accused of Assault

Rhys Ifans has been accused of assault.
The - who is dating actress Anna Friel - is alleged to have slapped a guest in a late-night argument in a suite at London's five-star St Pancras Renaissance hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning after a pre-BAFTA Awards party.
Theatre producer Adam Spreadbury-Maher - who had been partying with a group of friends including Dominic Cooper at the Groucho club in London's Soho - claims to have seen the 44-year-old star being verbally abusive to his friend before hitting him "quite a few times" in the face.
"I did not know who Rhys was but my friends told me he was a film star and host of the party. They invited us all in and were really lovely and then Rhys went mental and started on my friend. He was slapping him round the face and shoving him. It was pretty terrible. It was completely random. Everyone was having a lovely time. We were invited in and then he just went silly about 20 minutes after we arrived. He made a beeline for him and started shoving him saying, 'What the f**k are you doing here? You're a joker. Who the f**k are you?' He slapped him quite a few times. I think he was trying to make himself feel like a big man. He went nuts. It was as though he was in a bubble and he didn't realise people were watching," the 30-year-old creative director told the Mail on Sunday newspaper.

Justin Bieber Accused of Hitting 12-Year-Old Boy

UPDATE: Bieber has been cleared of any possible charges.
Note to self: Don't ever call Justin Bieber a "baby."
According to CBC News in Canada, the 16-year-old pop star is being investigated for an incident that occurred in Richmond, British Columbia over the weekend.
The singer, who is currently touring in Canada, hit up a laser tag center on Friday night with an entourage. That is where he had some sort of run-in with another boy.
Sources say Bieber was “heavily targeted,” and eventually cornered, by a 12-year-old during the game. After Justin told the kid to back off, witnesses tell TMZ that the boy responded: “What are you gonna do about it, f**got?"
What happened next is for the authorities to determine.

Adam Lambert Accused of Assaulting Photographer

American Idol 9 runner up Adam Lambert is facing battery charges following an altercation with a photographer in Miami Beach on Thursday.
Photog Victor Eras says Glambert charged toward him and attacked him. Although the 38-year-old did file a report, police say Eras did not sustain any injuries. It’s not known what, if anything, precipitated the scuffle.
According to the Associated Press, the state attorney’s office will decide if any charges should be filed against the singer.
Adam addressed the story via Twitter: “Battery? Nope. I attempted to grab a camera, no punches were thrown and no one was on the ground…. It was literally harmless. If embarrassment is a crime- thats all I’m guilty of.”
It’s actually one of the most lucid Twitter posts we’ve read all week.
