Edward Norton Wed in Secret

Edward Norton secretly married last year. The Moonrise Kingdom actor tied the knot with Shauna Robertson - who he got engaged to in 2011 after six years of dating - some time in 2012, though no further information about the nuptials is available, Us Weekly magazine reports.
The news comes shortly after it emerged the couple became parents to a baby boy last month. "Ed and Shauna are thrilled and excited for parenthood," a source said.
The 43-year-old actor and his film producer wife have not spoken out about the pregnancy and it was only confirmed in early March that Shauna was expecting. However, friends revealed the actor was eagerly preparing for his first child, saying, "Ed is really excited for fatherhood. He helped pick out a stroller for the baby!"
Before dating Shauna, who has worked with Judd Apatow on movies including The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up, Edward dated Courtney Love and Salma Hayek.

Courtney Love Cobain’s on Facebook, and if you ever check out her Wall you’re going to see a lot of weird $***. Some of her recent writings are so off-the-wall, the social networking site might need to come up with more upgrades. It all began with a rant on actor and ex-boyfriend Edward Norton, with whom she called it quits around a decade ago.
Love was ranting about “my will” when she wrote “needs altering as it has Edward in it and Norton doesn’t have a CLUE how evil his own BM is he wont (expletive deleted) a future Senator/Film Actor but hell purposefully refinance Kim Cobains Property i bought her cash outright…” It goes on from there, getting stranger and stranger until it winds down with “oh yeah Norton just LOST 300k.”
But that’s even the really (expletive deleted) crazy part. Courtney then goes on to talk about Britney Spears.

Edward Norton Not Big on Social Networking

Edward Norton thinks social networking sites are like “torture.” Unlike many other celebrities, the Leaves of Grass actor has never written an internet blog because he hates the idea of people cyber stalking him.
“I haven’t personally really engaged in a lot of this new kind of social networking stuff like Twitter or Facebook or MySpace,” the 40-year-old star explained. “I mean, the notion of people following what I am doing every day is like torture for me. It’s absolutely the last thing that I’m looking for. It seems to me to be really just about social chatter.”
Despite his web worries, Edward agreed to sign up on Twitter to help raise money for his favorite charity, the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust.
“It’s a good example of a way that you can turn that platform into something where you actually can accomplish something good,” he added to Parade magazine. “It’s my first attempt. We’re putting our running training log on Twitter. You can see can see pictures too on the site there. The trust conserves the wildlife and culture of the Maasai tribe of Kenya, Africa.”
